Abstract

The siphon comprises a body (1) with a connection device (15) for a sink drainage valve at its top end, and with a cleaning opening in its bottom end. A lateral opening (4) forming a connection for a drainage pipe (6) is provided in the side of the body. A cylindrical sleeve (19) covers the siphon body over its entire length, except in the lateral opening region.
