Abstract

The method involves the computer receiving a digital radio signal with the aid of a receiver, filtering sub-sequences out of the radio signal containing instruction information, interpreting the instruction information in the computer and carrying out the instructions to control the computer. The signal is a Digital Multimedia Broadcast signal and the instruction information is filtered out of its second section for auxiliary information. Independent claims are also included for an arrangement for controlling a computer.
