Abstract

The calorimeter has a multiplier circuit (10) and display (11). The meter contains a vol. measurement mechanism (2) with a vol. pulse transducer (21) and at least one temp. sensor. The calorimeter and temp. sensor are connected together. The multiplication factor of the multiplier circuit can be adjusted in steps. The calorimeter contains a change-over switch (12) which is set to a preparation mode during manufacture and the multiplication factor can only be adjusted in the preparation mode. After a connector (6) is removed for the first time, the changeover switch changes state and the calorimeter changes to its operating mode. <IMAGE>
