Description

Das Zusammenstellen von zur Beschriftung mit Schreib- oder sonstigen Büromaschinen oder von Hand dienenden Sätzen aus Vordruckblättern, Durchschlagpapieren, Kopien und zwischen diesen eingelegten Kohlepapierblättern ist umständlich und zeitraubend. Auch wird die Kohlepapierfarbe leicht auf die Hände der Arbeitskräfte und somit auf die anderen Papiere an unrechter Stelle übertragen. Man hat bereits vorgeschlagen, die Rückseite der Vordruckblätter selbst mit einem Farbauftrag zu versehen, der die Verwendung besonderer loser Kohlepapierblätter entbehrlich macht. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein neuartiges Element zum Zusammenstellen solcher Vordrucksätze vorgeschlagen. Dasselbe besteht in einem Papierblatt, welches die doppelte Größe des üblichen Formats, z.B. eines DIN A 3 - Formats, aufweist und durch eine Falzlinie in etwa zwei gleiche Hälften geteilt ist. Die eine Hälfte dieses Blattes wird mit dem gewünschten Vordruck versehen, während die andere Hälfte des Blattes den Kohlepapierauftrag erhält. Dabei ist zu bemerken, daß sowohl der Vordruck wie der Kohlepapierauftrag auf derselben Seite des Blattes angebracht sind, so daß durch Falzen des Blattes um die mittlere Linie ein Vordruckblatt üblicher Größe entsteht, dem das Kohlepapierblatt zwangsläufig anhängt. Beide Blatthälften haften mit dem mittleren Falzrücken zweckmäßig nur durch Perforierungszacken zusammen, so daß nach der Beschriftung eines solchen Vordrucksatzes das Vordruckblatt vom Farbblatt abgetrennt werden kann.According to the invention, a novel element for compiling such sets of forms is proposed. Das aus dünnem Papier bestehende Vordruckblatt 1 hat z.B. die doppelte Größe des üblichen Formates, und es ist durch eine Falzlinie 4 in der waagerechten Mittelebene in gleiche Hälften geteilt. Die eine Hälfte nimmt den oder die Vordrucke 2 und die andere Hälfte nimmt den Farbbelag 3 auf. Dieser Farbbelag kann beliebige Form und Größe haben, entsprechend dem Verwendungszweck. In dem den Farbbelag und den Vordruck trennenden Raum, in dem dargestellten Falle in steifenartigem Abstand von der Querschnittlinie 4 sind am Blatt 1 Perforierungen 5 vorgesehen. Ferner sind noch in der Hälfte des Farbbelages 3 in der Zone der Perforierung 5 die Ausstanzungen 6 angeordnet. Die Mittellinie 4 kann, wenn sie gleichzeitig als Faltlinie dient, eingefalzt sein, um so das Aufeinanderfalten des Blattes gemäß Fig. 2 zu erleichtern. In dem zusammengefalteten Zustande, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, ist das Vordruckblatt gebrauchsfertig. Hierbei springt ein schmaler Rand 7 des Kohlepapierblattes nach unten über das Vordruckblatt vor. Da der Farbbelag auf der Rückseite des gefalteten Vordruckblattes liegt, so wird unmittelbar auf den nächsten Vordrucksatz durchgeschrieben. Daher braucht man z.B. bei zehn Durchschlägen nur zehn gefaltete Vordruckblätter aufeinander zu legen, was somit mindestens 50% Zeitersparnis gegenüber dem Zusammenstellen der bekannten Vordruckblätter bedeutet, zwischen die eine entsprechende Anzahl von Kohlepapier eingelegt werden muß. Nach dem Durchschreiben können die Kohlepapierblätter dadurch in einfacher Weise von den Vordruckblättern gesondert werden, daß der Falzrücken 4 abgetrennt wird, worauf die Vordruckblätter an den Ausstanzungen 6 mit der einen Hand erfaßt werden, während die andere Hand die Kohlepapierblätter an den unten vorspringenden Rändern 7 er- faßt, so daß die Blätter ohne weiteres voneinander abgezogen werden können.The form sheet 1 made of thin paper has e.g. twice the size of the usual format, and it is divided into equal halves by a fold line 4 in the horizontal center plane. Claims
