Description

Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Stecker, insbesondere für elektrische Geräte beliebiger Art, bei dem erfindungsgemäss die Steckerstifte aus Blech hergestellt und somit hohl gestaltet sind und diese durch die einfachsten Gestaltungen und Anordnungen fest in dem Isolierstoffteil angeordnet sind und weiterhin die die Steckerstifte umgebende Schutzhülle, die als Träger des Isolierstoffteiles dient, mit einem weiteren zweckmässig ebenfalls aus Blech hergestellten Gehäuse, in welchem die Anschlüsse angeordnet sind, in Verbindung steht, so daß einerseits gegenüber den bekannten eine äußerst einfache Herstellung des Steckers verbürgt ist, der trotzdem den gestellten Anforderungen voll und ganz genügt.The present invention relates to a plug, in particular for electrical devices of any type, in which the plug pins according to the invention are made of sheet metal and are thus designed to be hollow and these are firmly arranged in the insulating material part due to the simplest designs and arrangements and furthermore the protective sleeve surrounding the plug pins, which serves as a carrier of the insulating part, is connected to a further housing, which is also expediently made of sheet metal and in which the connections are arranged, so that on the one hand an extremely simple production of the plug is guaranteed compared to the known ones, which nevertheless fully meets the requirements quite enough.

Es sind zwar schon ähnliche Stecker, insbesondere für elektrische Geräte bekannt geworden, bei denen die Steckerstifte jedoch aus vollem Material und somit massiv hergestellt wurden, wobei weiterhin eine besondere Bearbeitung durch Fräsen, Bohren, Gewindeschneiden usw. erforderlich war, die somit den Nachteil hatte, daß hierbei ein erheblicher Materialverlust bedingt war. Des weiteren ist es schon vorgeschlagen, zur Erzielung einer Federung die Steckerstifte aus Glech herzustellen, wobei aber die Blechstärke dann sehr dünn gewählt werden musste, welches den Nachteil hat, daß hierbei geeignete Anschlusstellen am Steckerstift nicht anzubringen waren, ohne zusätzliche Mittel, wie Klemmbleche oder mehrfaches Aufeinanderpressen des Bleches, um dickere Wandstärken zu erhalten, zu verwenden, um hierdurch geeignete Anschlusstellen zu schaffen, wodurch einerseits einzelne Anschlusstellen und andererseits komplizierte Arbeitsgänge erforderlich sind.Similar connectors have already become known, especially for electrical devices, in which the connector pins were made of solid material and thus solid, whereby special processing by milling, drilling, thread cutting, etc. was still required, which thus had the disadvantage that this caused a considerable loss of material.
