Isobutylen, das im Handel unter dem Warenzeichen Oppanol bekannt ist, weist hervorragende elektrische Isolationseigenschaften auf. Erfindungsgemäß wird dem Isobutylen Kreide, insbesondere Holsteiner oder Rügener Kreide zu- gesetzt. Vorteilhaft ist es, die Kreide in Mengen von 30 - 50% dem Isobutylen beizumischen. Es ergibt sich dann eine weitgehend homogene Mischung, die vorzüglich im Spritzverfahren verarbeitet werden kann.The present invention has set itself the task of making isobutylene sprayable in its pure, electrically high quality.
