Nun wird anschließend der Backen 5 etwas in der Richtung gedreht, daß die Wimpern nach außen abgebogen werden, und da man hierbei schließlich die Handhabe 16 ganz losläßt, werden die Wimpern zugleich auch nach oben abgebogen. Durch das Loslassen der Handhabe 16 kommt das Kissen 6 in Anlage am Backen 1, wodurch die Wimpern in der Nähe ihrer Wurzeln festgeklemmt werden.
