Die erhaltenen freien Basen bilden sehr leicht Salze, wenn man sie mit Säuren, beispielsweise mit Salzsäure; Bromwasserstoffsäure, Salpetersäure, Schwefelsäure, Phosphorsäure, Äthansulfonsäure oder Weinsäure, in Reaktion bringt.in which R 1 and R 2 are the same as indicated above, is implemented. It is advantageous to carry out the reaction in the presence of an acid-binding agent, for example pyridine, in order to bind the hydrohalic acid formed during the reaction. The free bases obtained form salts very easily when they are treated with acids, for example with hydrochloric acid; Hydrobromic acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, ethanesulfonic acid or tartaric acid, in reaction.
Ausbeute: 20 g.18 g of asymmetric dimethylhydrazine are added in portions and with stirring to a mixture of 36 g of isonicotinoyl chloride hydrochloride and 150 ecm of pyridine. The reaction mixture heats up from. itself, and a dark brown solution forms. The pyridine is removed in vacuo, and a saturated solution of potassium carbonate is added to the residue until a weakly alkaline reaction is achieved. The mixture is then extracted several times with chloroform, the chloroform extracts are combined and evaporated to dryness. The crystallized residue is recrystallized in benzene and gives colorless needles of i-isonicotiinoyl-2,2-dimethylhydrazine. Melting point 120 to 121 0 . Yield: 20 g.
The dihydrochloride of i-isonicotinoyl-2,2-dimethylhydrazine is obtained in quantitative yield by treating a solution of the base in isopropanol with excess ethanol Hydrochloric acid. The pale yellow crystals of this dihydrochloride decompose at 210 to 211 °.

Ausbeute: 32g.Ethyl hydrazine is obtained by treating a solution of the free base in isopropanol with excess ethanolic hydrochloric acid. It forms white needles that decompose at 205 to 208 °. Yield: 32g.
Ausbeute: 15 g.10 g of N-amino-piperidine are added in portions and with stirring to a mixture of 21 g of isonicotinoyl chloride hydrochloride in 100 ecm of pyridine. The mixture heats up by itself. As soon as the reaction has ended, the pyridine is removed in vacuo. The residue is made alkaline by adding a saturated solution of potassium carbonate. The resulting mixture is then extracted several times with chloroform, the chloroform extracts are combined and evaporated to dryness. The residue consists of ι - isonicotinoyl -2, 2-pe i ntiamethyleini-hydrazine ,, d'as one - can also be referred to as N-piperidine-isonicotinamide. After recrystallization in toluene, it is obtained in pale yellow colored clusters of crystals with a melting point of 174.5 ° to 175.5 °. Yield: 15 g.
Ausbeute: 13 g.A mixture of 19.2 g of isonicotinoyl chloride hydrochloride and 100 ecm of pyridine is mixed with 15 g of N-amino-moirpholine hydrochloride while stirring. The mixture warms up a little and is heated on the water bath for 20 minutes to complete the reaction. After the reaction has ended, the pyridine is removed in vacuo and the residue is made alkaline with a saturated potassium carbonate solution. It is then extracted several times with chloroform, the chloroform extracts are combined and evaporated to dryness. The crystallized residue is recrystallized in ethyl acetate and gives long white needles of i-isonicotinoyl-2, 2- (ß, / J'-oxy-diethylen) hydrazine, the. one can also be referred to as N-morpholino-isonicotinamide. Melting point 195.5 to 196.5 °. Yield: 13 g.
Ausbeute: 18 g·A mixture of 12 g of isonico'tino'ylchloride hydrochloride is added and 100 ecm of pyridine with stirring with 14.5 g of asymmetric Diphenylhydrazine.
