DEUTSCHES PATENTAMTGERMAN PATENT OFFICE
For amplifiers with multi-grid tubes and inductive working resistance for pulse voltages, sawtooth voltages, in particular, make themselves up when the anode voltage is more negative than the Screen grid voltage is, according to the known Current distribution in multi-grid tubes creates Barkhausen oscillations that are unpleasant noticeable. The case that the anode voltage becomes more negative than the screen grid voltage occurs with pulse amplifiers because of the negative swinging of the anode voltage often on. Such vibrations can be seen, for example, on the screen of a television receiver cause black, fixed stripes, which are perceived as extremely annoying in the television picture. It has now been proposed to avoid these vibrations between the anode and Screen grid to switch a directional conductor, a diode or a detector that is undesirable large voltage drop in the anode circuit of the amplifier tube, prevented. : It is known, too. Galvanic connection of the anode and the screen grid, which, however, has the advantages of the multi-grid tube lost and practically only one triode is available.
Vorteilhafter ist es jedoch, die Anfachungsbedingungen für Barkhausen-Schwingungen ohne zusätzliche Röhren dadurch erfindungsgemäß zu beseitigen, daß in der Schirmgitter leitung ein auf die Resonanzfrequenz des induktiven ArbeitswiderstandesIt is more advantageous, however, to use the conditions for the amplification for Barkhausen oscillations without additional To eliminate tubes according to the invention that in the screen grid line on the resonance frequency the inductive working resistance

abgestimmter Parallelresonanzkreis vorgesehen ist, der mit dem induktiven Arbeitswiderstand derart gekoppelt ist, daß die wirksame Schirmgitterspan-tuned parallel resonance circuit is provided, which with the inductive working resistance in such a way is coupled that the effective screen grid span
As a result, the screen grid voltage at least follows the amplifier tube is in phase with the negative clock of the anode voltage and remains with its instantaneous value below that of the essentially positive anode voltage. The arrangement according to the invention is practically of unlimited service life compared to those previously used, also with regard to tubes, which can be estimated higher in the operating cost levels, and are considerably cheaper than

...On the basis of one. Circuit example according to FIG .: I and a voltage diagram according to FIG. 2, the essence of the invention is explained in more detail. An amplifier tube ι receives a sagittal voltage via the capacitor 2 on the control grid 3, for example. In the anode circuit there is an inductance as a working resistance, for example a coil 4 which, together with the inevitable capacitances, forms an oscillating circuit, or the primary side of a transformer, from which amplified pulses at 5 are taken in a known manner. In the supply line 6 to the screen grid 7 there is a resonance circuit 8 which is tuned to the resonance frequency of the resonant circuit located in the anode circuit. If the line deflection amplifier of a television receiver is taken as an example, the resonance frequency of the resonant circuit formed from the coil 4 and the unavoidable capacitances is approximately five times the sawtooth voltage supplied at 3. The circuit 8 is tuned to this resonance frequency and coupled inductively or electronically or, as indicated by the capacitor 10, capacitively to the resonant circuit described. ...
The diagram according to FIG. 2 shows the time sequence of the voltages occurring in an amplifier tube connected according to FIG. 1. Due to the negative pulse of the grid voltages on the grid 3 of the tube 1 (FIG. 1), the anode voltage V A is pushed up steeply in connection with the inductance of the anode circuit and then swings well below the value of the anode supply voltage. The screen grid voltage V Sch adjusts itself so that the negatively directed partial oscillation of the anode span would fall below the screen grid voltage V Sch , whereby the danger of the onset of Bärkhausen oscillations is caused. According to the invention, the screen grid voltage V Sch is now a; by the circle 8 of Fig generated undamped as possible vibration £ .- ■■ were.!; superimposed on-i Ll, so that the screen grid voltage V ^ ch follows the cycle of the anode voltage V A ", the amplitude of the oscillation S being selected by changing the degree of coupling;" that it is always less than that of the substantially positive anode voltage value by the onset at P Schirmgitterstrpm. the vibration S is highly attenuated 1 so that 'is set at the intensifier tube, a stable condition., to another negative pulse on the control grid a new in the same shape triggers the process.
■ ■ ..... ..·.'·.The frequency of the oscillating circuit connected to the screen grid line could also be derived, for example, from the line deflection frequency; It is only essential that the resulting amplitude ^ always remains below the value of the essentially positive anode voltage V A. This oscillation would then have to be in its phase accordingly so that it can at least follow the negative clock of the anode voltage. ■ ■ ..... .. ·. '·.
