Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine weitere Ausbildung des durch das Patent Nr. 96592 geschützten Ueberhitzers. Während bei letzterem das Ablenkungsrohr b, welches zwischen dem eigentlichen Ueberhitzer und der nach der Rauchkammer des Kessels zu gelegenen Rohrwand sich befindet, einen wesentlichen Antheil an der Ueberhitzung nicht nimmt, sondern vornehmlich die Wirkung eines Ablenkungsorganes ausübt, also als solches auch durch eine entsprechend gebogene Stange gebildet sein kann, dient bei der Neuerung das excentrisch schraubenförmige Ablenkungsrohr in vollem Mafse mit zur. Der Ueberhitzer g -erstreckt sich durch die ganze Länge der Büchse a, und zwischen ihm und der benachbarten Rohrwand des Kessels befindet sich wieder das Ablenkungsrohr b mit seinen nach unten an Gröfse zunehmenden Durchgangsräumen (für die Feuergase) zwischen den Windungen. Es. braucht dieses Rohr, ebenso wie beim Haupt-Patente, nicht eigentliche Schraubenwindungen zu besitzen, sondern kann aus anders verlaufenden, aber zu demselben Zweck geeigneten Biegungen bestehen. Das Ablenkungsrohr b ist in dem gezeigten Falle an seinem inneren Ende an das Ableitungrohr &2 für den überhitzten Dampf angeschlossen, an dem anderen Ende aber hängt es leitend mit dem Ueberhitzer g zusammen, welch letzterer seinerseits bei g1 (Fig. 2) den Frischdampf vom Kessel empfängt. Das Ablenkungsrohr ist jetzt also ein Theil des Ueberhitzers und demnach für zwei Wirkungen nutzbar gemacht. Aufserdem ist der bereits hierdurch in seiner Wirkung verbesserte Ueberhitzer infolge der Verlängerung der Ueberhitzerbüchse α zu einer besseren Ausnutzung der abziehenden Feuergase geeignet gemacht, so dafs der Erfolg der neuen Einrichtung den der Einrichtung des Haupt-Patentes wesentlich übersteigt.As can be seen from Fig. 1, the Ueberhitzerbüchse α partly BEZW within the actual boiler. of the water space of the boiler, partly in the smoke chamber of the same.
