Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Rübenerntepflug mit paarweise in die Erde einschneidenden Messern, welche derart angeordnet sind, dafs die Messer des nachfolgenden Paares tiefer in die Erde eindringen und mit ihren Spitzen näher an einander liegen als die Messer des vorhergehenden Paares, um so zunächst ein Lockern der Erde am oberen dicksten Theile der Rüben und alsdann ein Lockern der Erde an 'dünneren und tiefersteckenden Rübentheilen zu bewirken.
