Das neue Schild besteht aus dem eigentlichen, beliebig geformten Schild A und einer eigenartig gebogenen Feder C. Letztere ist mit den Lappen E am Schild A befestigt und ragt mit ihrem mittleren Theil F aus der im Schild A ausgeschlagenen Oeffnung / hervor. Beim Befestigen des Schildes an irgend einem Fahrradtheil, vielleicht, wie in Fig. 2 und 3 dargestellt, am Laternenhalter, genügt es, auf die Ausbuchtung F der Feder C zu drücken und das Schild auf den Lalernenhalter aufzuschieben, bis die Nase K in den oberen Theil G des Laternenhalters einschnappt. Wird nun der Gepäckschein auf das Schild A aufgeklebt, so haftet derselbe auch gleichzeitig an der Ausbuchtung -F der Feder C fest, so dafs er als Plombe wirkt, da ein Abnehmen des Schildes von der Haltevorrichtung ohne Zerreifsen des Gepäckscheins unmöglich ist.
