statische Regelkennlinie.Circuit for reducing or eliminating the static control error
for tube fine regulators The usual tube fine regulator, as it is preferred for
the regulation of the excitation current of electrical machines is used, works as
constantly changing ohmic resistance in the consumer circuit. The size of the resistance,
which the tube regulator represents depends at each moment on the voltage between
the grid and the cathode of the input tube. It follows that everyone from the regulator
exerted control influence requires a deviation of the grid voltage from its normal value.
Depending on how sensitive the controller is, the characteristic that defines the dependency runs
of the current in the consumer circuit from the grid voltage indicates more or less
steep, and the deviation of the depends on the steepness of this characteristic
Grid voltage and thus the regulating voltage that occurs during a certain regulating process
cannot be balanced. The controller usually has a so-called
static control characteristic.
The invention is based on the object of the mentioned static
Eliminate or at least reduce rule errors. It is known about this
Purpose of using a so-called return, d. H. a quantity that corresponds to the starting circle
of the controller is taken and if the control status changes, the controller in the
same sense as any change in the regulating variable that affects the change
has caused in the starting circle. Because here the controller has an infinite characteristic
can get a large slope, there is a risk that oscillations begin in it.
In a known arrangement, a time element is therefore provided which is used for this
ensures that the returning variable is only with a change in the control status
a certain delay occurs.
With the known arrangement
it is a speed controller in which the frequency-dependent controlled variable
fed to the anode circuit of a detector tube and into a corresponding DC voltage drop
is converted to a resistor. The detector tube also contains a control grid,
to which the voltage used for feedback, which occurs with a delay in the event of changes
is fed.
In contrast to this, according to the invention, the one which brings about the return
Voltage in the grid circle of the input tube superimposed on the control voltage. Through this
there are a number of important advantages over the known arrangement. One
equipped with a control grid detector tube, as in the known arrangement
is used, has a relatively large penetration. But that requires
that the voltage used for the return also have a fairly large value
got to. For this reason, the known circuit is used to generate the feedback voltage
also a voltage divider, which is parallel to the excitation circuit of the machine to be controlled
is switched. Such a voltage divider naturally causes a noticeable loss of power
so that the sensitivity of the control is impaired. The same
applies in the event that the feedback voltage is used in the output circuit itself
takes from lying resistance. With a tube regulator in which the regulating voltage
is fed to the control grid of the input tube, a tube can be much smaller
Pass-through, in particular a multi-grid tube, can be used. As the feedback voltage
is also fed to the control grid circuit, it can be much smaller
than the feedback voltage required in the known arrangement. The removal
this feedback voltage is provided by a measuring resistor located in the output circuit
therefore does not represent a noticeable loss of performance. The smallness of the required for return
There is another reason why there is a lot of tension in tube regulators
important. The greater this voltage, the greater the potential differences
between the cathode of the end tube and the grid of the input tube. Great potential
but easily cause leakage currents here, which is the case with the extraordinary sensitivity
the fine tuning controls, which in the end represent DC amplifiers, already
can noticeably influence the regulation.
Anordnung wiedergegeben.
Spannungsteiler S
abgegriffenen Teil der Anodenspannung des Eingangsrohres. In the drawing, an embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention is shown. In Fig. I, the armature of a DC machine is shown with i, the voltage of which is to be kept constant. For this purpose, a fine regulator, consisting essentially of the input tube 3 and the end tube q., Is connected to the excitation winding 2. The armature voltage of the DC machine is applied to the grid of the input tube 3 and is compensated for by the comparison voltage 5 with the exception of a small remainder. Each tube has its own anode voltage source 6 or 7 in order to avoid undesired coupling. The grid voltage of the output pipe is made up in a known manner from the voltage drop across the resistor ii located in the anode circuit of the input pipe 3 and one across the resistor. Voltage divider S tapped part of the anode voltage of the input pipe.
wachsendem Erregerstrom in negativer Richtung verschiebt.
bestimmten Zeit in Erscheinung. In the circuit of the excitation winding 2 and the output pipe .4
a resistor q is now switched on, at which a resistor that is proportional to the excitation current
DC voltage occurs. The order of magnitude of this voltage is about 0.1 to
o, 2 volts. It can be seen that the resistor 9 with the input circuit of the tube 3 so
is connected that the voltage tapped at it the potential of the grid at
increasing excitation current shifts in the negative direction. Such a shift
of the grid potential of the input tube causes the current to rise again
in the starting circle. In parallel with the resistor 9 there is a known one
Time delay circuit, consisting of the capacitor io and the series resistor i2.
If the output current of the fine regulator changes, it occurs at the resistor
9 tapped voltage in the grid circle of the input tube only after a
certain time in appearance.
ist, daß sie den Regelfehler gerade aufhebt (astatische Regelung).Fig. 2 shows the sequence of the control process on the basis of a diagram. Curve A represents the static characteristics of the tube regulator JE = f (Ug). In the idle state, the grid voltage Ugo may be present, which is partly formed from the voltage drop UR, which is caused by the excitation current JE, which is flowing at the resistor 9 and is also present in the same magnitude at the capacitor io in the idle state under consideration. If the grid voltage now changes by the value 4 L% g, the operating point C initially shifts along the static characteristic curve A, with the excitation current growing from the value JE. After some time, the increase in the voltage drop across resistor 9, caused by the growth of the excitation current, also appears on capacitor io and thus on the grid of the input tube, so that the characteristic curve shifts parallel to itself until the ratios are properly balanced in position B equilibrium has been re-established. The new working point is now D. It lies on the shifted characteristic curve, exactly above the working point C. The corresponding excitation current is JE2, which causes the voltage drop UR2 at the resistor 9. The voltage change d Ug, which originally triggered the control process and which in itself represents a control error, is completely compensated for in this way. In the event of a disturbance in the equilibrium of the control system, a clear distinction must be made between two processes running at different speeds: i. static compensation of the disturbed state of equilibrium with a temporary remaining residual error d Ug, 2. gradual replacement of the control error by the self-adjustment acting via time-delaying elements, which is dimensioned in such a way that it just eliminates the control error (astatic control).
The theory of the control process shows that tilting vibrations
only avoided with a certain dimensioning of the time constants for the self-adjustment
will
can. It can roughly be said that the time constant of the self-adjustment
must be equal to or greater than the time constant of the static control process.
