Der auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellte Heizapparat ist in Fig. 1 neben einer Badewanne aufgestellt und steht durch die Röhren b und b' mit letzterer in Verbindung. Er besteht aus dem äufseren viereckigen geschlossenen Mantel A aus galvanisirtem Eisenblech und dem gleichartig gestalteten, unten trichterförmig auslaufenden kupfernen Feuerkasten B. In dem unteren Theile dieses letzteren befindet sich der Verbrennungsraum; den oberen durchziehen flache, etwa 1 cm weite Kanäle aa, welche parallel zu einander in schräger Richtung angeordnet und an den beiden gegenüberliegenden Wandungen des Feuerkastens in den Zwischenraum zwischen diesem und der äufseren Wand des Apparates ausmünden, Fig. 2, so dafs das in denselben befindliche Wasser von der einen Seite zur anderen in den Zwischenraum C, Fig. 2, strömen kann. Die Enden der flachen Kanäle können in der Wandung des Feuerkastens mit weichem Loth befestigt sein.The heater shown in the accompanying drawing is set up in Fig. 1 next to a bathtub and is connected to the latter through tubes b and b '.
