Description
There are handsets for the stations of battery-free telephone systems known in which only one the only one used as a telephone on one side of the membrane and a microphone on the other electroacoustic transducer is used.
Are normal electroacoustic transducers as the only combined speech and earpiece in the Handset uses battery-free telephones and the sound is transmitted from the transducer membrane via a longer sound line to the ear or from the mouth via a 'sound line to the membrane out, it is due to the relatively large air space behind the membrane, which is due to the dimensions of the drive system is given, a direct adaptation of the acoustic impedance of the Sound conduction ending there to that of the magnet system including the membrane is difficult perform so that the attainable volume is low.
A reduction achieved in this way of the room is very difficult to dimension necessary for a good frequency response of the converter to bring, since the filling compound is subject to a cooling process, so that in particular at the series production of the converter disadvantageous
Tolerances occur in the size of the acoustically effective room. An adaptation of the acoustic The impedance of the sound conductor to that of the drive system is therefore only relatively large Tolerances possible. Furthermore, by pouring out what is taken up by the drive system Space behind the membrane a subsequently necessary change of the drive system is practical made impossible.
The invention aims to avoid these disadvantages and a speech unit with a small, acoustically effective space behind the membrane and earpiece easier to design, especially in the case of series production. It does this by that the space behind the membrane through an acoustically sealed intermediate plate in the way is subdivided so that in addition to the small, acoustically effective room, a larger, acoustically ineffective room to accommodate the replaceable drive system is formed, whose with the membrane connected transmission member penetrates the intermediate plate, and that the sound conductor, for example the entry funnel, is passed through the larger room and into the smaller room opens behind the membrane. According to a further embodiment of the invention, the intermediate plate form part or parts of the drive system by designing it accordingly. the Intermediate plate is provided according to a further embodiment of the invention with a pipe socket to the outside of the transducer, on the back of which the sound conductor is connected. Appropriate a rocker armature can be used as the drive system, its transmission link on one side an anchor tongue and the membrane is attached and the intermediate plate by a small centric Penetrates hole.
The invention is to be described in more detail below using an example of principle in FIGS. 1 to 3 will.
Fig. ι zeigt eine bekannte Prinzipanordnung eines Handapparates, bei dem z. B. eine normale Hörkapsel von hinten über einen Trichter besprochen wird;Fig. Ι shows a known principle arrangement of a handset in which z. B. a normal one The earpiece is discussed from behind through a funnel;
Fig. 2 zeigt eine entsprechend dem Erfxndungsgedanken ausgeführte Form der Hörkapsel des in Fig. ι dargestellten Handapparates;Fig. 2 shows one according to the concept of the invention Executed form of the earpiece of the handset shown in Fig. ι;
Fig. 3 stellt das beiden Anordnungen entsprechende elektrische Ersatzschaltbild dar. In the figures, T denotes the entry funnel, 6 "the drive system, W the capsule wall, M a membrane, W 1 , T 1 ground and acoustic resistance at the start of the funnel, W 2 , r 2 Mass and acoustic resistance at the end of the funnel, C 1 flexibility of the air space behind the membrane, C 2 flexibility of the air space in front of the membrane = acoustic impedance of the drive system including the membrane, R a pipe socket. The relatively large air space in FIG. 1 with the flexibility C 1 corresponds in the electrical equivalent circuit diagram (Fig. 3) to a large capacitor C 1. Due to the acoustic transformer (T in Fig. 3 ) embodied by the funnel (T, Fig. 1, 2), no direct adaptation of the acoustic impedance at the funnel end to the acoustic impedance of the drive system 6 ″ including the membrane M , whereupon it is necessary to achieve a good electroacoustic effective efficiency. The large capacity C 1 (see. Fig. 3) always represents an additional load in which most of the energy is destroyed. To avoid these losses, the acoustically effective volume behind the membrane M is reduced. The structure of the capsule is, as shown in Fig. 2, modified in that an intermediate plate P is arranged just behind the membrane M , in which a pipe socket R is located for connecting the funnel T. In order to accommodate this pipe socket spatially, the magnet system S is arranged laterally shifted. Behind the intermediate plate P, the magnet system 5 is enclosed by the capsule wall W to protect it against dust build-up or misalignment.
By using the intermediate plate P , in addition to reducing the space behind the membrane M, a larger, acoustically ineffective space is created in which the drive system vS "is accommodated. This space is designed so that the drive system 5" can be replaced if necessary. The acoustically tight intermediate plate P also ensures that the volume of the small, acoustically effective space can be kept constant with the flexibility C 1 for each speech and earpiece that is mass-produced. Accordingly, the capacitor C 1 (FIG. 3) is also not subject to any major fluctuations, so that the additional load from the capacitor C 1 is largely reduced. As a result, a good adaptation of the acoustic impedance at the start of the funnel, expressed by W 1 and r v, to the acoustic impedance Z of the drive system 5 * including the membrane M is achieved by the funnel T. The intermediate plate P can also be formed by appropriately designed parts of the drive system. However, normal earpiece components cannot be used with this arrangement.
To accommodate the pipe socket used for the funnel connection, the magnet system is off its central position shifted more towards the edge of the capsule. It can therefore drive systems can be used in which the coupling with the membrane does not take place in the center of the system rather, it can be at one end of the system, for example at one side an anchor tongue.
