Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt die Entleerung von Silos oder siloartigen Behältern unter gleichzeitiger selbsttätiger Mischung der verschiedenen im Silo enthaltenen Mischungen. Um ein solches Mischen verschiedener Schütlungen in einem Silo gelagerter Körner oder fein- und grobkörniger Substanzen oder der durch die verschiedene Schwere derselben gebildeten Lagerungen während der Entleerung herbeizuführen, ist folgende Einrichtung getroffen. Dieselben werden im Innern des Schachtmantels mit Klappen e bezw. el, von den Oeffnungen entsprechender Form aus einem oder mehreren Stücken hergestellt, versehen; ee sind z.B. aus Blech, e'e1 aus Leder, Gummi, Gewebe hergestellt gedacht, e'e1 sind, um sie bei der runden Form des Schachtes besser öffnen zu können, mit Einschnitten a a versehen, können aber auch aus entsprechend schmalen Streifen des entsprechenden Materials gefertigt werden. Wird nun der Silo A bezw. A1 bei geschlossener Abzugsöffnung durch das Rohr f bezw. fl beschickt, so füllt sich zunächst Schacht c bezw. c\ wobei durch den Seitendruck des einlaufenden Materials die Klappen an die innere Mantelfläche geprefst und die Oeffnungen geschlossen werden. Es ist jedoch nicht ausgeschlossen, dafs Schacht und Silo auch auf geringere Höhe gefüllt werden, was leicht bewerkstelligt werden kann. Soll nun' die Entleerung durch Oeffnen der Abzugsvorrichtung b bezw. bl erfolgen, so wird zunächst das im Schacht c bezw. c1 befindliche Material ausfliefsen. Werden nun die oberen Klappen frei,, so erfolgt deren Oeffnung durch den Aufsendruck des im Silo befindlichen Materials und letzteres fliefst durch dieselben in den Schacht c bezw. c1. Je nach dem Sinken des in demselben befindlichen Materials erfolgt dann auch die Oeffnung der Klappen bis zur gänzlichen Entleerung des Silos.Fig ι. Patent-Ansprüche:
Vorrichtung zum selbstthätigen Mischen verschiedener Getreideschüttungen beim Entleeren von Silos, gekennzeichnet durch einen im Innern des Silos über der Abzugsöffnung angeordneten Entleerungsschacht (c bezw. C1J, der in verschiedener Höhe Oeffhungen (d bezw. dl) hat, welche durch nach innen sich öffnende Klappen (e bezw. el) verschliefsbar sind, so dais die Schüttungen zunächst aus dem Entleerungsschacht (c bezw. C1J abgezogen werden und dann im Silobehä'lter in dem Mafse, wie die Klappen (e bezw. ex) von dem im Abzugsschacht herrschenden Druck frei werden, durch die Oeffnungen (d bezw. dl) in den Entleerungsschacht fallen und aus diesem abgezogen werden können.
Eine Ausführungsform der im Anspruch ι gekennzeichneten Vorrichtung, darin bestehend , dafs um einen gemeinschaftlichen Entleerungsschacht mehrere Zellen gruppirt sind, zum Zwecke gleichzeitiger Entleerung des Silos.
