Der in beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellte Viehfutterdämpfapparat zeichnet sich durch bequeme Handhabung und durch leichtes Heizen aus. Er wird beim Heizen von den durch einen geschlossenen Mantel geführten Heizgasen gänzlich umspült und kann trotzdem nach beiden Seiten umgekippt werden. Der Apparat besteht aus dem Kessel k und dem mit dem Feuerraum versehenen Mantel m, welcher sich zum Theil aufklappen läfst. Oben ist der Kessel mit einem Flantsch f versehen, welcher die Anschläge f¹ für den umklappbaren Theil trägt. Dieser schliefst den Raum zwischen dem Kessel und dem Mantel ab. Der Kessel wird durch einen Deckel d, der durch eine Bügelschraube angedrückt wird, geschlossen.
