Die ganze Anordnung kann bequem und sicher,mit einer Hand bedient werden, wobei nur der Prefshebel bewegt zu werden braucht. Hierbei kommt das Prefsorgan nicht mit dem oberen Theil der Kapsel in Berührung. Der Hebel ist aus einem Metallstreifen gebildet und ist um den Bügel Z, der mit seinen beiden Enden in zwei entsprechende Löcher am Flaschenhals eingeklemmt ist, drehbar angeordnet, indem er an dieser Stelle ösenartig umgebogen ist. Um die Flasche zu öffnen, wird der Hebel/gehoben, so dafs er sich um den Bügel / dreht; um eine vollständige Drehung um denselben zu verhindern, ist der Hebel f auf beiden Seiten ausgeschnitten, und mit den dadurch gebildeten Vorsprüngen bei i legt er sich gegen das entsprechend gebogene Stück des Bügels /.
