Description

The invention relates to an improved embodiment of an eyelet fastener for shoes, especially mountain and sports shoes, with the closure edges of the Ring eyelets arranged on the upper part of the shoe, which are made from a folded strip formed guide sleeve are loosely rotatably supported. The new version exists in that only the lower of the sleeve flaps resulting from the folding of the Metal sheet punched strip provided with means for attachment to the shoe upper leather is, in particular those that consist of tubular extensions. Through this a fastening of the eyelet holder is achieved on the shoe shaft, in which the The fastening point is covered by the upper sleeve flap and is only smooth Present surfaces to the outside. The retaining bracket is made entirely of metal and is can be produced in a single punching process. The machine is just as easy Attachment to the shoe. Compared to known other designs is tedious and Costly manual labor is saved and production and use are cheaper. By Material reinforcements can also be produced in the ironing cloth.

The drawing shows the ring hook in an exemplary embodiment in FIG seen from below, in Fig. 2 a section along line A-A, from which it can be seen that the triangular eyelet a in the one formed by the folding of the stamped metal strip Guide sleeve c is loosely rotatably mounted. While the upper lobe b1 is smooth, the lower tab b has a tubular extension d as a fastening means, which is pressed over by machine on the shoe.

Fig. 3 shows the smooth top of the sleeve and the upper sleeve flap bi. In Fig. 4, the flat bracket after the punching before folding around the Ring eyelet a shown. The lacing can easily be pulled through the eyelet slide without tangling or tearing. It can be threaded easily.
