Schalteinrichtung zum periodischen Unterbrechen von Starkstrom-Wechselstromkreisen;
der Kontaktschließung gegenüber dem Verlauf der . Wechselspannung.Switching device for the periodic interruption of high-voltage alternating current circuits;
especially for converters Addendum to patent 936 238 The invention relates to
on a switching device for the periodic interruption of high-voltage alternating current circuits,
especially for converters according to patent 936: 278, which work with pressure contacts,
one of which is fixed, the other, for example, by means of cams or eccentrics
is moved periodically. The invention consists in that: the distance between one
certain point (e.g. one end point, the stroke distance of the moved contact
on the one hand and the fixed contact on the other hand gradually or continuously adjustable
is. Through the invention
the duration of contact between the contacts
changes. In this way, current and voltage can be regulated, as in the
Patent 723 796 is described, namely: by adjusting the time position
the contact closure versus the course of the.
oben, her.
In the drawing, an embodiment is shown .im, section. As in the main application, the fixed contact with 1q., The movable contact with 15, the camshaft with 16, the cam with 17,: the tappet with 18 and the spring that presses the tappet against the cam disk, labeled i9. It is particularly advantageous to give the cam curve such a shape that the slide movement is snus-shaped. The plunger is designed as a special part, so it establishes a connection between the .dem controlling cam 17 and the controlled movable contacts 15 only in the opening direction, ie upwards in the drawing. For the movable contact, a special spring 20 is provided, which is supported on a turning bearing 21 fastened to the tappet by means of a nut 22. The plunger 18 itself consists of three parts, a sliding tube 23, the actual push piece 2q., Which is made of insulating material, and: the bolt 25, which penetrates the movable contact 15. The three parts are connected by threads. Light metal is advantageously used for the metal parts; to keep the mass low; the execution of the part 23 as a 'pipe serves the same purpose. This slides in the fixed bearing body 26. The spring i9 is supported against these via a ball bearing 28 so that the plunger can also execute a rotary movement, which is caused, for example, by eccentric gripping of the cam 17 and serves to reduce wear all around to enter evenly. Spring i9 and bearing 28 are enclosed in a snug-on housing 29, the end collar 29 of which forms the limit stop for .the plunger. The bearing body 26 is firmly connected to the base plate 31. The base plate can at the same time be part of a housing surrounding the interruption point, which is intended, for example, to enable the use of a flowing extinguishing agent. The carrier 32 for the fixed contact 14 is mounted on the outside of the bearing body 26. The carrier 32 is advantageously made on insulating material so that the tension is not transferred to the camshaft or the housing. It slides with some friction on the bearing body 26. On the outside of the contact carrier 32 there is a strong square thread, the counter-thread for this in the nut 33, which is supported on the bearing body via an intermediate ring 34. The fixed contact 14 is attached to the contact carrier by means of a screw 35 and has a special insert 27, which forms the actual contact-making part. It is inserted into an annular groove and is held in place with the aid of a ring 36 and screws 37. The device works as follows: The control shaft 16 is driven synchronously with the frequency of the alternating current for the purpose of rectification, and at any speed for the purpose of conversion. The cam 17 lifts the plunger, and it lifts the movable contact 15. The fixed contact 14 stops as a result of the friction between the bearing body 26 and the contact carrier 32, the contacts open and close again when the cam moves .Stößel6 has expired. By turning the threaded nut 33, the position of the fixed contact 14 is now changed. If he z. B. adjusted downwards, the duration of the intervention is shortened, extended when adjusted upwards. The shortening goes so far that the contacts no longer come into contact with one another at all. This is the case when, with the position of the cam 17 shown, the contact surface of the insert 27 is already below the upper edge of the push piece 2q. stands. The fixed contact is then completely disengaged, so the converter is permanently switched off. Advantageous for the: quick disengagement a special disengagement device is attached, which is not shown in the drawing (. The adjustment of the fixed contact upwards can go so far that the upper edge of the plunger no longer reaches the movable contact 15 even in the raised state The contacts 1q, / 15 are then permanently closed. Between the two extreme positions, all intermediate positions are continuously adjustable. Normally, the converter works in an intermediate position. The stroke of contact 14 is smaller than the stroke of plunger 18 or: des Cam 17. As a result, the plunger 18i is already in motion at the moment in which it touches the movable contact 15 and takes it with it. As a result, the contact opening takes place momentarily at a finite speed and with the assistance of the already accelerated mass of the plug goes (the closing .reit: finite speed takes place, ni This can be achieved, for example, by steadily decreasing the speed to the value zero. As a result, the mass of the movable contact 15 still has a considerable living force at the moment when the contact is closed. This increases the contact pressure in the first eye and thus compensates for any unevenness that may have occurred by deforming protruding particles. This advantage can also be used in a contact arrangement whose fixed contact cannot be adjusted by making the contact stroke smaller than the plunger stroke. Will instead of one. If the cam control uses an eccentric control, in which the stroke of the eccentric rod is given by the eccentricity and is therefore unchangeable, one of the contacts on its carrier is not rigid, but flexible, and its movement in the contact direction is limited by a stop . If this stop is made adjustable in the same way as in the example of the contact carrier 32 described above, the intended purpose is also achieved. Lias can e.g. B. done in such a way that the eccentric rod wind made extendable and shortened.
