Die Herstellung von Cementröhren geschieht bekanntlich in der Weise, dafs ein Hohlring mit Cementmörtel ausgestampft wird. Der Hohlring wird gebildet aus einem äufseren Mantel und einem inneren Kern, wie solcher beispielsweise durch die deutsche Patentschrift Nr. 2353 bekannt geworden ist.As is well known, cement tubes are manufactured in such a way that a hollow ring is formed is stamped out with cement mortar. Der Kern besteht aus einem getheilten, durch Scharniere 5 zusammengehaltenen Mantel aus Eisenblech, der durch T-Eisen verstärkt ist, und einem Pafsstück p, welches durch Stangen mit drei Gelenken abc gegen die Mantelfläche gedrückt werden kann, so dafs der äufsere Mantel einen vollen Cylinder darstellt. Die Gelenkstange b c hat an ihrem Ende c einen Schlitz, welcher ermöglicht, dafs das Pafsstück b in der Länge des Schlitzes auf- und abgeschoben werden kann, ohne dafs dadurch die Gelenkstangen abc bewegi zu werden brauchen. Soll der Kern nach dem Ausstampfen der Form entfernt werden, so wird das Pafsstück _p mittels des Handgriffes g etwas, so weit dies der Schlitz bei c gestattet, auf- und abbewegt, wodurch die Adhäsion zwischen Pafsstück und Rohrwandung verringert wird. Nach dieser Verringerung wird die senkrechte Zugstange an den mittelsten Gelenken b b hochgezogen, wodurch das schmale Pafsstück h nach der Mitte des Kernes gedrückt wird.
