With bottle washers it is common to get in the way of the out
to install a screening device for the cleaned bottles coming to the machine,
in which: the bottles are illuminated with the help of a light source, so that about still
existing dirt components can be identified. But it can happen
that dirt components, dlie on the lateral parts of the seen by the viewer
Bottle are present, not noticed by the person responsible for the test
will. It is also possible that dirt is still adhering to the bottom of the bottle,
which is also often overlooked, since the light source in the previous versions
does not penetrate the bottom of the bottle effectively. They are bottle candles
known in which the bottles united during the passage through: the device
Get rotary motion around its vertical axis, with the help of a rotating
Belt against which the bottles run. The bottles, however, stand on a wide one
Apron conveyor, so that there is considerable friction between this and the bottles
arises, which can hinder proper rotation of the bottles. aside from that
With this arrangement, an effective floor screening of the bottles is not possible
possible.
durchleuchten. The invention avoids these disadvantages and consists in that the
Bottles in the beer mug of the candling device through at least two endless ropes
which have different speeds from each other. To this
In this way, the bottles receive a rotation around their longitudinal axis, and any dirt residue
can easily be recognized by the monitoring person, since now every part
the bottle is fully turned towards the beholder. This version also allows
to attach light sources underneath the bottle, the bottom of the bottle: from below
shine through.

a8 od, dgl. in dieselbe Umdrehung versetzt.
Gefäßen eine gute Standfestigkeit zu geben:.The candling device consists essentially of expediently translucent walls 1i, 12, 13, behind which there are light sources in the form of electric bulbs or fluorescent tubes 14. The whole thing is enclosed in a housing 1 5. The bottles come from a horizontal conveyor 16 (Fig. 2), are then pushed through a guide 17 onto wires or ropes 18, 19 and transported further on them. At the end of the dura illuminating device there is again an abduction path 2: o, which opens the bottles. pushes the discharge dog 2i. The wires 18, 19 are guided over rollers 22,: 23 and 24, 25, respectively. The shaft 26 of the two wheels 22, 23 is driven by a drive .27 from the conveyor belt 16, and so that a synchronous run is created, the two rollers 24, 25 are also set in the same rotation via a chain a8 or the like. According to Fig. 3, the two rollers 22, 23 are mounted on an inclined shaft 26, and the drive takes place via bevel gears. 29, 30. Since the roller 22 is smaller in diameter than the roller 23, but both have the same speed, it runs Cable 18 at a lower speed than the cable i9, so that inevitably a rotation of the bottle 3 i about its longitudinal axis takes place. The faster running rope gives the bottle line a lead continuously, and since it engages at a distance from the bottle center adapter, the bottle becomes. set in rotation. The ropes i8 @ z9 can have a circular or other profile. You can also. Have a T-shaped cross-section to increase the bearing surface for the bottles. Instead of two ropes, three or more ropes can be arranged in order to give the vessels good stability.
