Hand shower according to claim 1, characterized in that the diffuser cover (17) has the shape of a housing and is provided with a pair of openings (18) facing the openings (10) with which the distributor (4) is provided for this purpose, so as to allow the handle chamber (1) to be connected to the inner chamber (19) of the head, or otherwise these openings (10) and (18) remain out of phase with each other, which produces the ejection of water in its shower function, the base body of the diffuser cover (17) being provided with grooves (20) concentric with the openings (18) and with a sealing seat with respect to the contact surface with the distributor (4), the cover (17) additionally comprising locking stops (22) with respect to the diffuser (5) in addition to inclined channels (23) through which the water sprays out to its diverging discharge to the inner chamber (19) .

Hand shower according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cover (17) of the diffuser comprises a ring (24) forming an internal distributor provided with a series of inclined openings (25) leading to an annular channel (27) provided for this purpose in the inside of the actual diffuser (5), in which channel (27) a ball (26) is freely arranged, onto which the water strikes when it is ejected at an angle through the openings (25) and in its massage function exits through the openings (28) arranged on a concentric perimeter of the actual diffuser (5).

4. Hand shower according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the plate which forms the internal distributor (24) is provided at its bottom with a projection (28) which is located and guided on a box (30) with which the diffuser (5) is equipped internally for this purpose.

Hand shower according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the diffuser (5) is provided with radial divisions (32), three in number at equal angular distances from one another, from which locking lugs (31) form corresponding parts for locking the internal grooves (34) with which the inner side surface of the selector ring (6) is provided, the diffuser (5) also having a polygonal recess (33) concentrically on its outer surface for its unlocking by means of a suitable tool or device.

Hand shower according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the selector ring (6) is provided, in addition to the axial and external anti-slip notches (38), with axial and internal grooves (39) made on a part of it, which show an angular offset of approximately 6° and which are made at different depths, forming pairs of grooves of greater depth alternating with a groove of lesser depth, so that these grooves close laterally by means of the external side surface of the diffuser (5) to determine the discharge openings (37) in the shower function, this discharge being supplemented by openings (36) provided for this purpose in the innermost zones of the diffuser (5).

7. Hand shower according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the grooves (34) provided on the selector ring (6), which are intended for locking the locking lugs (31) of the diffuser (5), have a ramp section (35) for the axial displacement of the

actual diffuser (5) in its unlocking rotation, which allows the partial ejection of the same in this axial displacement and consequently the grip for its independence with respect to the selector ring (6).
