In Heizgeräten mit Brennern werden überwiegend Brennerleisten aus Edelstahl verwendet. Der Grund hierfür liegt in der guten Haltbarkeit und Temperaturbeständigkeit des Edelstahls. Um den Schadstoffausstoß weiter zu senken, ist eine Maßnahme die Kühlung der Brennerleiste. Da der Wärmeleitwert von Edelstahl sehr niedrig ist, würde sich bei Einsatz eines Werkstoffes mit hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit der Schadstoffausstoß weiter senken lassen. Jedoch weisen die meisten klassischen Wärmeleitstoffe, wie Kupfer oder Aluminium, keine gute Formbeständigkeit gegen äußere Belastung und auch keine gute Temperaturbeständigkeit auf. Ebenfalls ist eine Haltbarkeit gegenüber Korrosionsangriff meist nicht gegeben.In heaters with burners, burner strips made of stainless steel are predominantly used. Durch die vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen ist sichergestellt, daß sich die Brennerleiste aufgrund der Edelstahlschichten durch ein hohes Maß an Temperaturbeständigkeit sowie Korrosionsbeständigkeit und Haltbarkeit auszeichnet. Gleichzeitig wird durch die mittlere, aus einem gut wärmeleitenden Material bestehende Schicht eine gute Wärmeleitfähigkeit der Brennerleiste sichergestellt. Dadurch weist die Brennerleiste eine geringe Oberflächentemperatur auf. Infolgedessen ergibt sich auch eine wesentlich höhere Sicherheit gegen ein Rückschlagen der Flammen des Brenners, verglichen mit Brennerleisten aus Edelstahl. Außerdem ergibt sich aufgrund der geringeren Oberflächentemperatur auch eine Verminderung des Schadstoffausstoßes, insbesondere des Ausstoßes an NOx.The proposed measures ensure that the burner bar is characterized by a high degree of temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and durability due to the stainless steel layers. Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Brennerleiste 1, die einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist. Dabei ist im Bereich des U-Steges 2 in einer in dessen Mitte angeordneten Rinne 3 ein Kühlrohr 4 gehalten, wobei das Kühlrohr 4 in gut wärmeleitender Verbindung mit der Brennerleiste 1 steht. Weiter sind im Bereich des Steges 2 Durchbrechungen 5 für ein Gas-Luft-Gemisch angeordnet.Fig. 1 shows a burner bar 1 which has a substantially U-shaped cross section.
