Die Neuerung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Begasen und Mischen vom Flüssigkeiten wie Wasser, Abwasser, Chemieschesubsanzen und dergleichen.The innovation concerns a device for gassing and mixing liquids such as water, waste water, chemical substances and the like.

Ein Rührorgan 2 mit einem Innenraum und Ausblasungsbohrungen 5 ist über eine Hohlwelle 3 durch ein Antriebswerk 1 rotierend angetrieben. Die Welle und Rührer bestehen vorzugsweise aus Stahl. Die Hohlwelle 3 ist drehbar über einer Saugleitung 4 mit Gasquelle verbunden. Die Leitung 4 und der Innenraum der Welle 3 stellt damit eine Verbindung zum Innenraum des Rührorgans 2 und behandelten Flüssigkeit her. Die Gassaugleitung ist mit einer klein dimmensionierten Bohrung 5 versehen. Dadurch ist eine geringe Menge Flüssigkeit im Innenraum der Welle und Rührer eingesaugt, und mit dem Gas zusammen durch, die Druckbohrungen 5 heraus geschleudert wird. Somit kann im Innenraum der Welle 5 zum zwecke des Ansauges vom Gas ein Unterdruck erzeugt werden. Als Antriebswerke 1 können alle möglichen Antriebe, vom Elektrotauchmotoren (wie Fig.l zeigt) bis Wasserturbienen, eingesetzt werden. Die Begasungsprozess benötigt fast keine zusätzliche Energie. Zum Ansaugen und Verteilen vom Gas in Flüssigkeiten ist der Fliehkraft der Gas- Flüssigkeitteilchen ausgenutzt.A stirring element 2 with an interior and blow-out holes 5 is driven in rotation by a drive mechanism 1 via a hollow shaft 3.
