BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III - III in Fig. 2,
Fig. 4 eine weitere Ausführungsform des Luftzuführungsgerätes.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ausführungsvariante eines Luftzuführungsgerätes.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to an air supply device according to the preamble of claim 1.
It is often desirable to introduce air or gases into a liquid to promote biological and / or chemical activity. For example, the biological degradation of sewage sludge can be promoted by oxygen.
The fertilizer value of liquid organic fertilizer (liquid manure) can also be improved if it is supplied with plenty of oxygen.
Air supply devices of the type mentioned are already known; However, they have the disadvantage that, despite good air supply in the area of the supply device, they are unable to achieve a good and uniform air admixture with the liquid content in larger containers.
The known air supply devices are often complicated and therefore expensive because they must be provided with guide plates and channels or the like in order to ensure the distribution of the air-containing liquid in the container.
The object of the invention is to provide an air supply device which is both simple and inexpensive, which ensures an effective air supply to liquid in a container which is significantly larger than the supply device.
This object is achieved with an air supply device with the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
The Venturi nozzle ensures that the air is supplied with a limited amount of liquid so that a strong air supply is achieved. The air is entrained by the liquid flow, mixing by means of the propeller. A directional effect of the flow is also achieved through the nozzle, so that the air-containing liquid spreads over the entire container and is not immediately sucked back into the nozzle.
If the air supply opens according to claim 2 in an area where the propeller causes the greatest negative pressure, the greatest effect is achieved.
If the air supply, as stated in claim 3, opens into the inlet opening of the nozzle, there is an effective air supply. The air cannot escape backwards out of the nozzle because it is carried away by the liquid flow.
A good fluid circulation z. B. in a waste water tank is achieved when the propeller, as specified in claim 4, has a horizontal longitudinal axis. A high level of air mixing is achieved when the rear edge of the propeller and the venturi nozzle are arranged close to one another, as stated in claim 5. Here, the propeller will cause an additional air supply without air bubbles being able to escape between the propeller and the nozzle.
If, as stated in claim 6, the air supply device is arranged to be vertically displaceable in a container, the result is that the air supply device can be attached depending on the liquid height, so that an effective circulation can be achieved.
Furthermore, if the air supply device is pivotable, as stated in claim 7, the same can be adjusted to achieve a further good circulation in the container.
According to FIG. 8, the air supply device can also be provided with a rod on which the propeller, the venturi nozzle and the drive motor can be moved on a tubular part. In this way, the desired possibility for pivoting the air supply device is achieved in a simple and inexpensive manner.
If the front end of the venturi nozzle, as stated in claim 9, surrounds the propeller, an appropriate directional effect of the air-containing liquid is achieved.
The invention is described below in the form of exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawing. It shows:
1 is an air supply device according to the invention, partly in section,
2 is an air supply device which is arranged in a container,
3 shows a section along the line III-III in FIG. 2,
Fig. 4 shows another embodiment of the air supply device.
The air supply device according to FIG. 1 contains an encapsulated drive motor 1, so that it is submersible and which is expediently an electric motor. A propeller 4 is screwed onto the output shaft 6 of the motor 1.
A venturi nozzle 2 is attached around the shaft by means of four brackets 3. An air hose 5, which in connection with the atmosphere or a pressure bottle, for. B. is acid material, opens at the rear edge of the nozzle 2, so that the liquid flow sucks air through the hose 5 when entrained. It is therefore not necessary to use a special air pump.
The propeller shown has four blades, but other designs could also be used.
2 and 3 show how the air supply device can be attached in a container, in particular a treatment drum 7, which is filled with liquid 12, which is to be enriched with air. In the barrel 7 there is a vertical circular rod 8, which is enclosed by a tubular part lt, on which the motor 1 is fixed. The motor 1 can be raised and lowered by means of a cord 9 attached to it and a winch 10. The motor 1 can be raised to such a height that it is approximately in the middle between the liquid surface and the bottom of the barrel.
Since both the rod 8 and the tubular part 11 have a circular cross section, the motor 1 can also be pivoted. If the motor 1 is directed against one of the sides of the drum 7, it is also possible to maintain an effective circulation in it. If necessary, you can let the air supply device automatically swing between two limits.
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of an air supply device. In this case, the air supply line 5 opens directly behind the propeller 4, because the greatest negative pressure is generated in this area during the rotation.
A good suction effect is achieved in this way, so that the air supply device is suitable for greater depths.
The air supply device can be used to mix gases of all kinds into numerous liquids.
With a suitable design of the propeller and the nozzle, these are also suitable for viscous or mush-like liquids such. B. sludge or slurry can be used.
The container can be designed in various ways. A circular or elliptical barrel allows good circulation in it.
The propeller and the nozzle are expediently made of plastic. An air supply device of simple, inexpensive construction can thereby be manufactured.
In addition to the preferred operating position where the propeller axis is horizontal, the air supply device can also be used in any other position.
It is also possible to extend the Venturi nozzle in such a way that it surrounds the front end of the propeller, which is expediently attached immediately before the constriction of the nozzle. This results in an increased directivity of the air-containing liquid.
