Die Neuerung betrifft ein Genußmittel aus Zuckerwaren zum Ablutschen, das mit einer stabilen Handhabe verbunden ist und aus einer annähernd glasigen, ausgehärteten Masse besteht. Bekannt sind die unterschiedlichst geformten Genußmittel, bestehend aus Zuckerwaren u. ä. Material, die entweder in einer schützenden Papierhülle oder einer Tüte dem Verbraucher angeboten werden. Bekannt geworden sind außerdem sogenannte Lollis, bei denen diese Zuckerwaren auf eine Handhabe aufgeformt und dann ausgehärtet werden, so daß das Zuckermaterial nach und nach abgelutscht werden kann. Um ein Festkleben des Zuckermaterials an der Kleidung oder an sonstigen Gegenständen zu verhindern, wenn die Oberfläche noch feucht ist, hat man auch aus Kunststoff bestehende Umhüllungen bereits eingesetzt. Dabei sind der Handhabe einerseits und der Umhüllung andererseits die Form eines Lippenstiftes gegeben worden bzw. eines Lippenstiftgehäuses. Nachteilig dabei ist, daß ein weitergehender Effekt von diesen entsprechend geformten Genußmitteln nicht ausgeht. Darüber hinaus kann ein solches Genußmittel quasi die Funktion einer leuchtenden Lampe übernehmen. Vor allem kann aber beispielsweise in einer Discothek oder einer anderen Örtlichkeit mit Hilfe eines entsprechend leuchtenden Lollis die Aufmerksamkeit Dritter erreicht werden, sei es, um gewisse Informationen weiterzugeben, sei es lediglich, um die Aufmerksamkeit des oder der Dritten zu erwecken. Da es sich insbesondere beim Einsatz von Dioden um eine völlig ungefährliche Energie handelt, kann auch dann, wenn die gesamte Zuckermasse abgelutscht ist, eine Gefährdung nicht auftreten. Die kleine Lampe kann vielmehr auch dann noch als solche weiter benutzt werden, ohne daß sie die gezielte Aufnahme von Kontakten beispielsweise in Discotheken dadurch verliert.
