Waffensystemspannungen üblicher Bauart bei Matchgewehren werden mit zwei Spannschrauben ausgeführt die die Systemhülse mit dem Gewehrschaft verbindet. Der Lauf hat keine Schaftberührung. Um eine Verspannung der Systemhülse mit Lauf zu vermeiden, werden die Systemspannschrauben mit vorgeschriebenen Drehmomenten angezogen. Trotz Einhaltung dieser vorgeschriebenen Drehmomente kann durch Verziehen des Schaftholzes oder durch ungünstige Fertigungstoleranzen beim Herstellen der Spannschraubenbohrungen und beim Fräsen der Systemhülsenbettung eine Verspannung der Systemhülse entstehen. Ebenso wird durch das Verspannen das exakte Auslösen des sehr feinen Matchabzuges beeinflußt. Durch Schwingung des Laufes beim Schuß verschlechtert sich die Schußleistung, das heißt, die Schußstreuung noch weiter.Weapon system tensions of the usual design for match rifles are carried out with two tension screws that connect the system sleeve to the rifle stock. Die Verspannung des Waffensystem unterbleibt, so daß ein exaktes Auslösen des Matchabzuges gewährleistet ist. Die absolut starre Verbindung der Laufbefestigung mit dem Gewehrschaft ermöglicht insbesondere auch eine sehr einfache Aufspannung des Matchgewehres in der Profilschiene 5 zur Ermittelung der Schußleistung des Laufes 1 sowie zu Munitionstests. Eine Demontage des Waffensystems ist hier nicht mehr erforderlich. Die konzentrische Umschließung des Laufes 1 verhindert ein axiales Verschieben durch den Rückstoß und verhindert ein Verdrehen des Waffensystems beim kräftigen Schließen des Schlosses mit dem Kammerstengel. Läufe mit unterschiedlichen Außendurchmessern, oder leicht konische Läufe können mit den gleichen Spannlagern durch Einlegen von entsprechend dicken Streifen aus elastisch nachgebenden Material 6 gespannt werden. Durch Demontage der konzentrischen Laufbefestigung ist es möglich die bisher angewandte Systemspannung mit zwei Spannschrauben wieder einzusetzen.
