Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Zerkleinerer mit mehreren rotierenden
schraubenförmigen Zerkleinerungselementen.
Aus dem russischen Urheberschein 596439 ist ein Zerkleinerungsprinzip mit drei Walzen bekannt. Auch in dem EP 00 81 539 wird
eine Anordnung zur Zerkleinerung von Material beschrieben, die
mit rotierenden Walzen arbeitet. Desweiteren werden Zerkleinerungsgeräte hergestellt, die nach diesem Prinzip arbeiten.
Dabei hat es sich durchgesetzt, daß zwei Oberwalzen, die eine
schraubenförmige Wendelung aufweisen, das zu zerkleinernde Material
einziehen und vorzerkleinern, während die dritte, untere
Walze gegen ein Messer arbeitet und damit die endgültige Bruchgröße erzielt wird.The invention relates to shredders with several rotating helical shredding elements.

Da die Aufgabe der Vorzerkleinerung zurücktritt, könnte prinzipiell mehr zerkleinertes Material pro Zeiteinheit erzeugt werden, wenn dem nicht die beschränkte Durchsatzfähigkeit der unteren Schneidwalze entgegenstehen würde, die auch durch Drehzahlerhöhung nur in begrenztem Maße erhöht werden kann.On the other hand, when using shredders in composting and fermentation plants, it has become common practice to process pre-shredded green waste in parallel with the organic waste to be shredded. In dem Zerkleinerergehäuse 1 sind die beiden Oberwalzen 2 und die beiden Schneidwalzen 3 jeweils an den Stirnseiten drehbar gelagert
angeordnet. An den Schneidwalzen 3 sind fest im Zerkleinerergehäuse 1 angeordnet die Schneidmesser 4 angestellt.
Das zu zerkleinernde Material wird von oben in den Zerkleinerer gegeben, von den beiden Oberwalzen 2 erfaßt und in den Raum 5
zwischen den Oberwalzen 2 und den Schneidwalzen 3 transportiert. Aus dem Raum 5 wird das Material mit den Wendelungen der Schneidwalzen
3 erfaßt und jeweils nach außen transportiert. Das Material, das die Schneidwendeln der Schneidwalzen 3 herausragt, wird
an den beiden Schneidmessern 4 abgeschnitten. Das so zerkleinerte Material wird nach unten aus dem Zerkleinerergehäuse 1 ausgetragen.
