Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbindungsvorrichtung bestehend aus einem Drucktastenschloß mit einem Schloßgehäuse und je einer im Schloßgehäuse angeordneten Steckeraufnahme und Drucktaste, sowie mit einer in die Steckeraufnahme eingreifenden, durch die Drucktaste lösbaren, an einem Steckerkörper angeschlossenen Steckerzunge, insbesondere zur Befestigung eines mit dem Steckerkörper verbundenen Zubehörteils an einem Schutzhelm, wobei das Schloßgehäuse in einem im Wangenbereich des Schutzhelms ausgesparten Fenster angeordnet ist.
