nennenswertem Nutzstrom, recht erheblich.Arrangement for achieving an alternating current that can be regulated in phase
For many technical purposes one needs arrangements to achieve an in the
Phase controllable alternating current, both for single-phase and for multi-phase
Cases. Rotary transformers and bridge circuits with apparent resistors are primarily known
(Real and reactive resistances), in particular choke coils, whose inductance is due
DC bias can be changed. Rotary transformers are proportionate
expensive, they are also poorly suited for rapid changes in the phase position, because
then the required mechanical adjustment forces are quite large. Bridge circuits
have the disadvantage that those points where the voltage or the current
is removed, can not be significantly burdened. The resilience depends
namely from the apparent resistance of the bridge branches and the resulting cross current
away. To achieve stable conditions, the cross flow must be at least twice as much
choose as large as the useful current, d. H. the total effort will be, especially with
significant useful electricity, quite considerably.
The invention relates to an arrangement for achieving an in
the phase of controllable alternating current using direct current pre-magnetized
Choke coils, which avoids the disadvantages of the known arrangements. According to the invention
this is achieved by the fact that the consumer is connected in parallel via two
Branches are fed, in each of which one by direct current bias in
its inductance is adjustable inductor, and it is in at least one
Branch a reactive or active resistance or a combination of both. The impact
the apparent resistances contained in the branches can affect the consumer current
by the DC bias of the two
Choke coils
can be controlled arbitrarily, and the phase shift of the consumer flowing through
The current is determined by the respective effectiveness of the two branches of the current
Determined apparent resistances.
8 bzw. einer Drosselspule io bzw. i i enthalten.
während die Drosselspule i i ihren größten Widerstand aufweisen möge.
Betrachtet man nun weiterhin zunächst
An embodiment of the invention is shown in Fig. I of the drawing,
and its operation is illustrated in FIG. The consumer i is off
the AC voltage source 2-3 fed. The two are connected in series with him
Current branches 4 and 5, each having an impedance 6 and 7, respectively, and the alternating current winding
8 or a choke coil io or i i included. On the core of every inductor
there is another winding 12 through which a control direct current flows
or 13. First, the inductor coil io is now fully saturated by the winding 12,
while the choke coil i i may have its greatest resistance. The through
The current flowing through the branch 5 is then negligible compared to that in the branch 4
small; the total current or the voltage applied to consumer i are then practical
by the conditions in the branch 4 with the inductor coil io and the impedance
6 determined. 2 shows the division of the voltages. The example is like this
chosen that the voltage 3-31 at the consumer i is practically equal to the mains voltage
2-3 is because of this only the small voltage drop 2-31 at the choke coil
io and the impedance 6 subtracted. If one now continues to consider first
the state in which the choke coil i i is fully saturated and the choke coil io
is desaturated, then the impedance 7 is now fully effective. It is then
as shown in Fig. 2, the voltage at the consumer i due to the impedance
7 in the dot-dashed position 3-32, d. i.e., it is more suitable as a result
Choice of the impedance 7 has been pivoted by the angle a. By decreasing
the direct current bias in the one and simultaneous amplification in the
other inductor, one state can be continuously transferred into the other,
d. That is, the voltage vector 3-3 'can be traced along the dash-dotted line 31'-32
turn. The start and end points as well as the streaked angle a depend on the effective
and reactive components of the consumer i and the other apparent resistances in the current branches
4 and 5. The range of the phase shift can be determined by a suitable design
adapt to the most diverse requirements.
Another application example of the invention is shown in FIG.

For the structural design of the choke coils one can known per se
or use solutions already suggested. The application of the proposed here
Arrangement extends to all those electricity consumers who make the claim
after a supply with voltages or currents that can be regulated in the phase.
The invention is particularly suitable for automatic controls. She's coming too
for the control circuits of controlled converters, especially those with
grid-controlled vapor or gas discharge corners, into consideration.
