Der für die erfindungsgemäße Tasche verwendete Zuschnitt ahmt gleichsam die Versorgung von Fuß und Unterschenkel durch eine Wickelbinde nach und erreicht so die erheblich verbesserte Anpaßbarkeit auch an stark deformierte Patientenfüße, gleichgültig ob diese Deformation mehr im Bereich des Knöchels oder mehr im Bereich des Unterschenkels vorliegt. Dadurch, daß die Lasche jetzt unter der Sohle der Versteifungsmanschette hindurchgezogen wird, reicht die Tasche bis zur Fußsohle herunter, so daß das Kunst stoffmateria I der Versteifungsmanschette mit Sicherheit optisch kaschiert wird. Dadurch, daß die Tasche jetzt so weit heruntergezogen werden kann, lassen sich jetzt auch die Verschlußteile des Therapie-Innenschuhs tiefer herunterziehen, was den Halt des Patientenfußes erheblich verbessert.
