Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf eine Rahmenklemme mit einem Klemmrahmen und mit einem Schaltstück.The innovation refers to a box terminal with a clamping frame and a contact piece.
Üblicherweise bestehen derartige Rahmenklemmen aus einem Klemmrahmen, in den ein passendes Schaltstück als Kontaktanschluß eingeschoben wird. Demzufolge sind stets zwei Teile zu fertigen, was bei der Vielzahl von Rahmenklemmen bei den in Serie gefertigten elektrischen Geräten einen enormen Produktionsaufwand bedeutet. Bei der Montage, d.h. dem Anklemmen von elektrischen Leitern in der Rahmenklemme, kommt es häufiger vor, daß Schaltstücke aus dem Klemmrahmen herausrutschen oder -fallen. Außerdem müssen für den Einsatz dieser Rahmenklemmen stets Klemmrahmen und Schaltstück paarweise verfügbar sein, d.h. eine entsprechende Bereithaltung der Teile ist erforderlich.Such box terminals usually consist of a clamping frame into which a suitable contact piece is inserted as a contact connection. In diesem Fall braucht nur ein einziges Teil gestanzt zu werden, und außerdem wirkt sich diese einstückige Ausführung auch sehr erleichternd bei der Montage aus, denn das Schaltstück ist nun mit dem Klemmrahmen unverlierbar verbunden. FIG 1 zeigt die neue im wesentlichen aus dem Klemmrahmen l und dem Schaltstück 2 einstückig ausgeführte Rahmenklemme, die aus einem ausgestanzten Blechstreifen besteht, der gekanntet bzw. gebogen ist. In den Klemmrahmen l ist eine Anschlußscheibe 3 eingefügt, die über eine Schraube 6 zur Festklemmung eines elektrischen Leiters im Klemmrahmen 1 in der Höhe verstellbar ist. Eine weitere Schnittdarstellung der Rahmenklemme gemäß FIG 2 zeigt die V-förmige Ausbildung der Anschlußscheibe 3, die bisher in Verbindung mit dem üblicherweise eben ausgebildeten Klemmboden 4 nur die Verklemmung relativ dicker Leiter zuläßt.
