Description

The invention relates to a garbage bag holder.

Stands or frames made from vertical and horizontal rods with devices are known which hold the bags attached to them in an open state, making it easier to fill them with objects or materials. Connecting rod parts that run at an angle to each other requires a considerable amount of technical effort, as well as a large amount of space when transporting this stand to the place of use.

The invention is based on the object of creating a mu11sack holder which requires little space when folded up during transport and which only requires its full functional space at the place of use, while at the same time ensuring the use of cheap and simple construction materials.

This task is solved by a plastic grid tube about the length of a garbage bag, with a diameter of about MLi 1 1 bag, placed on the ground on one end and two stiffening rings attached to the upper and lower edges.

The edges of the plastic grid tube conveniently engage in grooves in the stiffening rings and are secured there by clip lugs distributed around the ring circumference.

To limit any odor nuisance and for hygienic reasons, we recommend using a round lid that is placed on the upper stiffening ring and the folded-over garbage bag edge strip.

The garbage bag holder consists of only two stiffening rings 3 and 4 with a groove, which are attached to the front sides of the plastic grid tube 2 placed vertically on the floor.

This garbage bag holder is made from the simplest materials and has the necessary stability, without the use of any legs or support rods.

When not assembled, the three components can be combined to form a handy, space-saving transport package, so that the MU11sack holder only takes up its full functional space requirement at its place of use.

In the grooves of the stiffening rings 3 and 4, clip lugs 5 and 6 are arranged distributed around the ring circumference, which reach through the edge of the plastic grid tube 2 inserted into the groove and hold it permanently in place.

The garbage bag 1 is folded over the upper stiffening ring 3 at its upper edge strip and can also be held in place by an attached round lid 7, which clamps the folded over garbage bag strip with its concentric edge strip 11.

Two radial grooves 8 and 9 are expediently formed in the top of the round lid 7, which are separated from each other in the middle of the lid by a transverse web 10. The web 10 is used to grip and move the lid by means of the
