Description

Die Erfindung behandelt eine Sonderaufgabe, die im Zusammenhang mit der Verwendung eines elastischen Zwischenringes geringer Wandstärke zur wärmebeweglichen Abstützung eines Turbinenteiles entsteht. Infolge seiner geringen Wandstärke ist ein solcher Zwischenring nicht in der Lage, größere Kräfte aufzunehmen. Insbesondere ist er empfindlich gegen Beanspruchungen, die dadurch entstehen, daß an einem Schenkel Zugkräfte ausgeübt werden. Die hierbei auftretenden Beänspruchungen sind wesentlich größer als etwa diejenigen, die durch einen auf seine gewölbte Seite ausgeübten überdruck entstehen. Die Maßnahme gemäß der Erfindung besteht darin, daß der elastische Zwischenring an seinem einen Ende einen kräftigen Flansch besitzt, der radial beweglich, aber axial im wesentlichen unbeweglich, etwa durch an sich bekannte Radialbolzen, mit dem abzustützenden Turbinenteil verbunden ist, während das andere Ende des Zwischenringes am abzustützenden Turbinenteil in an sich bekannter Weise dampfdicht befestigt ist.The invention deals with a special task related to the use of an elastic intermediate ring of small wall thickness for heat-flexible Support of a turbine part is created. Zur Abstützung dient in bekannter Weise ein elastischer Zwischenring 3, :der bei q. in die Scheibe i eingesteckt ist. Nach den bisherigen Baugrundsätzen würde der Zwischenring 3 unmittelbar in das Turbinengehäuse 2 eingesetzt worden sein. Ist es jetzt für eine Reparatur erforderlich, die Scheibe i vom Gehäuse .abzuziehen, so müßte der elastische Zwischenring 3 aus seiner Verbindungsstelle mit dem Gehäuse 2 herausgezogen werden. Es würde also ein in Richtung seiner Schenkel wirkender Zug ausgeübt werden müssen, wodurch er sehr hoch beansprucht würde. Eine derartige Beanspruchung zu vermeiden, ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung. Sie wird auf folgendem Wege gelöst: Anstatt den Zwischenring 3 unmittelbar in das Gehäuse 2 einzusetzen, wird er an einen verhältnismäßig kräftigen Flansch 5 angesetzt oder besteht mit ihm, wie es das Beispiel zeigt, aus einem Stück.
