Description

The subject of the invention is a cigarette butt shredder for motor vehicles (cars, trucks, buses, boats, etc.). Consisting of an integrated system in the vehicle interior. There is only one opening visible (e.g. on the transmission tunnel) which, when opened, reveals a slot. Above the slot, a negative pressure is created when the lid is opened, through which cigarette, cigarillo, etc. ash that has been ash-struck in the area of the slot is sucked in and collected. (Figure 5.5). Through a metal pipe system (Figure 5a and 5b.7)

Non-smokers find it annoying that such ashtrays are integrated into the dashboard consoles and are absolutely useless for non-smokers. Conversely, however, smokers are not happy with the arrangement of ashtrays and their size, as they are usually in areas that are difficult to access. There is also always the danger that parts of the car, embers and cigarette butts will fall unnoticed next to the ashtray. This brings with it the overall risk of accidents.
Advantages of the invention.

The ashtray and the butts are automatically sucked away after the lid is opened. No long search for ashtray openings and devices to kill the butts. After closing the lid, the suction system starts running

to suck up the last remnants from the pipe. At the same time, all butts, cigarillos or cigars are crushed by the shredder (Figure 5.4) in such a way that it is guaranteed that no embers are collected in the container (Figure 5a).

Further advantages of the invention.

After a short time, the interior of vehicles smells of stale smoke or cigarette stench. At the same time, when the fan is turned on high, no more ash flies around the interior of the vehicle. Furthermore, smoke development is prevented because cigarette butts are immediately and automatically extinguished.

Figure 5 shows a motor vehicle with possible installation of the entire system. Point 1 collection container with ventilation slots for excess air. Point 2 storage container for washing water, next to this container the collection box point 1 could be installed.

Point 3 Extraction system, either single or double, depending on the size of the vehicle.
