Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung für das Recycling von Produktgemischen aus Polypropylen (PP) und Polystyrol(PS)The invention relates to a device for recycling product mixtures of polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS)
Zu dieser Art gehörende Vorrichtungen sind bereits aus dem Deutschen Gebrauchsmuster G 90 17 858.0 bekannt.
Die dort beschriebene und sicher auch funktionsfähige Anlage soll allerdings geeignet sein für die Verwendung beim Recycling
von verschiedenartigsten Kunststoffen, wie Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polystyrol, Polyvinylchlorid und Styropor.
Aufgrund der äußerst unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften dieser einzelnen Kunststoffe kann eine solche Vorrichtung im Betrieb
für jeden spezifischen Kunststoff nur einen Kompromiß darstellen.Devices of this type are already known from the German utility model G 90 17 858.0.

Die in die Mühle 1 aufgegebenen Produkte kommen aus einer Sortieranlage, in der bereits manuell Produkte aussortiert werden, die nicht aus PP oder PS bestehen. Die Zwischensilos 9 und 10 können über eine Schleuse 13 wahlweise einen Extruder 11 beschicken, in dem die Schnitzel
dann aufgeschmolzen werden. Zu dem Extruder 11 gehört eine Entgasungseinrichtung, in der Wasserdampf und andere flüchtige
Bestandteile entfernt werden, eine Schmelzesiebeinrichtung, in der noch feste Bestandteile, die größer als 150 &mgr;&idiagr;&eegr; sind,
