Die Sicherung von Fahrzeugen auf Straßentransportern mit Arretierungskeilen ist seit Jahren bekannt und wird von den Aufbau-Herstellern und in den VDI-Richtlinien 2700 - Ladungssicherung auf Straßenfahrzeugen, Ausgabe Mai 1990, beschrieben. Die mit den Transporten befaßten Unternehmen haben weitere Sicherungsmaßnahmen erarbeitet, die hier nicht betrachtet werden müssen.Securing vehicles on road transporters with locking wedges has been known for years and is described by the body manufacturers and in the VDI guidelines 2700 - Load securing on road vehicles, May 1990 edition. Der Federbolzen besteht bevorzugt aus warmgewalzten, kaltgezogenen, legierten oder unlegierten Rundmaterial und ist für die Befestigung der Federung mit Bohrungen versehen. Ein Vorteil ist, daß die Platten zu ihren Enden hin keilförmig abfallen, damit der Arretierungskeil einen festen Sitz auf dem Lochblech hat und im unbeladenen Zustand Lärm vermieden wird (Aspruch 3, Fig. 2). Die Platten können mit den Federbolzen verschraubt sein (Anspruch 4) oder verschweißt sein (Anspruch 5). Andere Verbindungen der Platten mit den Federbolzen sind durch Preßsitz, Schrumpfsitz oder Klebeverbindungen möglich (Anspruch 6). Die Platten lassen sich bevorzugt in Guß herstellen (Anspruch 7), wobei die Platten auch aus Nichteisenmetallen oder Kuststoff beschaffen sein können (Anspruch 8). Die Platten sollen ballig gefertigt sein, um in gewissen Situationen Beschädigungen zu vermeiden (Anspruch 9). Die Federbolzen können auch aus anderen geometrischen Querschnitten gefertigt sein (Anspruch 10). Statt einer Platte können die Federbolzen mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Haken gefertigt sein (Anspruch 11).which, to lock the locking wedge, grips under the perforated plates on both sides across the elongated holes (claim 1, Fig. 1).
