Die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen aus einem hin und her gehenden Stößel, der an seiner Stirnseite eine Aushöhlung aufnveist, deren Durchmesser etwas größer ist als -der Durchmesser des unteren Teiles des Porzellankopfes, über welchen der Ring gestreift werden soll, und aus Mitteln, welche sicherstellen, daß der Gummiring von dem Stößel auf den @in diese Aushöhlung eingebrachten Porzellankopf übergestreift wird und beim Rückgang des Stößels auf denn Porzellankopf verbleibt. Beim Vorwärtsgang des Stößels drückt dieser den Gummiring, der sich beispielsweise gegen die ringförmige Kante eines Wanddurchbruches oder einer durchlochten Platte legt, durch diese Öffnung hindurch, wobei der Ring auf den Stößel aufgeschoben wird und der gegen die Öffnung gehaltene untere Teil des Porzellankopfes in die stirnseitige Höhlung des Stößels eintritt. Geht dann der Stößel zurück, so wird der -Gummiring an. .dem Rande der Öffnung festgehalten und dadurch von dem Stößel abgestreift, wobei er in die ringförmige Verengung des Halses des Porzellankopfes einrastet.
