Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sanduhr, insbesondere für eine Sauna, mit einer Tragplatte und einem daran um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbaren, teilweise mit Sand gefüllten Glasbehälter, der eine mittige Verengung aufweist. - Sanduhren sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt. Sie werden u.a. auch in Saunen eingesetzt. Dort lassen sich die Sanduhren wegen schwacher Beleuchtung aber nur schlecht ablesen. Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Sanduhr ist insbesondere für eine Sauna bestimmt.
