Die Erfindung betrifft ein medizinisches Ruhekissen, insbesondere als Lagerungsausgleich für den menschlichen Kopf- und Nackenbereich, beispielsweise zur Vermeidung eines Abknickens der Halswirbelsäule in Seitenlage, das im wesentlichen aus einer mit nachgiebigem Kunststoff gefüllten, allseits geschlossenen, bezugartigen Hülle besteht.
