Die Erfindung betrifft ein flexibles Gebinde, gefüllt mit Farbe pastöser Konsistenz.The invention relates to a flexible container filled with paint of pasty consistency.
In der DE-OS 34 11 426 ist eine flexible Verpackung beschrieben, die sich u.a. zur Aufnahme pastöser Stoffe, wie beispielsweise Farben, eignet. Die Verpackung besteht aus einem elastischen, ähnlich einer Tube schlauchförmig aufgebauten Behälter, der an einer Stirnseite mit einem festen Formstück versehen ist, welches mittig eine zum Öffnen der Verpackung aufzuschneidende Tülle aufweist. Zur zweckentsprechenden Entnahme der Füllung wird die Verpackung in ein geeignetes Verarbeitungsgerät eingelegt, wobei durch Druck auf den flexiblen Teil der Verpackung das darin befindliche Material kontrollierbar aus der Tülle ausströmt. Ein solcherart ausgebildetes Gebinde mit Farbe pastöser Konsistenz ist trotz eines eingeschlossenen Volumens von mindestens zwei Litern und trotz der Verwendung ausschließlich flexibler Materialien standfest. Dies wird insbesondere durch die Gestalt des Bodens erreicht, der infolge der Gewichtskraft der Farbe die beiden Seitenwände des Gebindes in einem solchen Abstand zueinander hält, daß die Unterkanten der Seitenflächen einen stabilen Stand des Gebindes ermöglichen. Dieser Stand ist auch nach einer Teilentnahme pastöser Farbe noch gewährleistet. Durch den Tragegriff ist das Gebinde außerdem trotz des im Vergleich zu bekannten Gebinden erheblichen Inhaltes bequem trag- und transportierbar, so daß sich insgesamt ein flexibles Gebinde ergibt, das hinsichtlich seiner Handhabbarkeit den verbreiteten Gebinden in Form von Farbeimern sehr nahe kommt. Hierdurch wird ein integrierter, bereits bei der Herstellung des Standbeutels geformter Tragegriff möglich, was zu einer Reduzierung der Herstellungskosten beiträgt. Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte Gebinde besteht aus einem mit Farbe pastöser Konsistenz gefüllten Standbeutel 1. Der Standbeutel 1 setzt sich aus zwei flexiblen Folien 2,3 aus Polyethylen zusammen, von denen in der Darstellung nur die dem Betrachter zugewandte Folie 3 erkennbar ist. Die beiden Folien 2,3 sind an ihren jeweiligen Längsrändern A über heißversiegelte Nähte dichtschließend miteinander verbunden. Im unteren Bereich des Standbeutels 1 befindet sich ein Boden 6, der durch eine vordere und eine hintere, U-förmige, unter Hitze durchgeführte Versiegelung 7 mit jeder der beiden Folien 2,3 trennfest und dicht verbunden ist. Die U-förmige Versiegelung 7 zwischen Boden 6 und der die jeweilige Seitenwand bildenden Folie 2,3 ist so angeordnet, daß das U mit seinen oberen freien Seitenenden in der Nahtebene nach oben weist, während seine untere Wölbung in Richtung auf die die Aufstandfläche des Standbeutels 1 bildenden Unterkanten der Folien 2,3 hinweist.The container shown in the drawing consists of a stand-up pouch 1 filled with paint of a pasty consistency.
