Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Förderkette für eine Ablegeeinrichtung einer Aufschnittschneidemaschine, mit Kettengliedern, die rechtwinkelig zur Kette auskragende nadeiförmige Spitzen zum Aufspießen von Schnittgutscheiben aufweisen. Einfache Schneidemaschinen für Wurst oder Käse verfügen bloß über ein Ablegetablett, auf welches das geschnittene Gut unmittelbar und unkontrolliert von der rotierenden Messerscheibe hinabfällt. Bei Aufschnittschneidemaschinen erfolgt die Ablage gezielt, entweder auf ein Ablegetablett, das in z-Richtung schrittweise verschiebbar ist, sodaß sich eine überlappende Reihe des aufgeschnittenen Schnittgutes ergibt, oder zusätzlich durch Variation des Ablegepunktes in x-und z-Richtung überlappend, sodaß sich ein flächendeckender Aufschnitt ergibt. Die Ablegeeinrichtung verfügt über parallel zueinander umlaufend geführte, geschlossene Förderketten, wobei einige der Kettenglieder vorspringende Spitzen aufweisen. Bei jedem Schneidevorgang übernehmen die Spitzen das von der Messerscheibe kommende Schnittgut, spießen es auf und führen es in der Art eines senkrecht angeordneten Förderbandes bis zur Ablegeposition. Dort wird es von einem Schläger, der die Förderketten, hintergreift, abgezogen und mittels einer Schwenkbewegung auf das Ablegetablett geworfen.The invention relates to a conveyor chain for a depositing device of a slicing machine, with chain links that have needle-shaped tips projecting at right angles to the chain for skewering slices of cut product. Zur Herstellung von Förderketten hat man bisher ein Kettenband herangezogen und Spitzen auf einzelne Kettenglieder aufgeschweißt . Diese Ketten waren aber durch die thermische Beanspruchung verformt oder es sind die Schweißstellen aufgegangen, wodurch im Schnittgut die Stahlspitzen zurückgeblieben sind udji Anlaß zu schweren Verletzungen gegeben haben. Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, eine Förderkette zu schaffen, die einfacher herzustellen und die gegenüber Bruch besonders resistent ist. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß Kettenglieder und Spitzen einstückig aus gebogenem Draht ausgebildet sind. Insbesondere ist es zweckmäßig, wenn die Kettenglieder in einem Abstand parallel fluchtend jeweils zwei U-förmige Abschnitte aufweisen, wobei ein Schenkel des einen U-förmigen Abschnittes mit dem fluchtenden Schenkel des zweiten U-förmigen Abschnittes durch einenTo manufacture conveyor chains, a chain belt has previously been used and tips welded onto individual chain links. Ein Kettenglied 1 nach Fig.l ist einstückig aus gebogenen Stahldraht ausgebildet. Es sind zwei U-förmige Abschnitte 2,3 parallel zueinander und fluchtend vorgesehen. Der eine Schenkel 4 des U-förmigen Abschnittes 2 ist mit dem fluchtenden Schenkel 5 des anderen U-förmigen Abschnittes 3 durch einen Steg 6 verbunden. Der zweite Schenkel 7 des U-förmigen Abschnittes 3 ist über ein Ende hinaus gegen die Mitte zwischen den zwei U-förmigen Abschnitten 2,3 zurückgebogen. Es ergibt sich dadurch eine bandförmige Förderkette 11.
