Device for generating electrical surges as impulses for one
Electric fence wire Extensive experiments with the application of the electric fence wire
have shown that the individual electric shocks are most appropriate at time intervals
of about r second.
The invention provides for secondary contact closure in a known manner
a pendulum in front, which, however, in contrast to the existing solutions, even with strong
Decrease in the voltage of the power source (battery), its period of oscillation and the
The size of the oscillation amplitudes remains unchanged. The device has the advantage
that it does not need to be readjusted in the course of use. Another one
The feature of the invention is that the pendulum is automatic after switching on the device
sets in motion, while known solutions initiate the movement of the pendulum
by means of a manually operated starting device.
The subject of the invention is shown schematically on the attached sketch
shown. The mode of action is from the following general description and
can be found in the subsequent representation of the sequence of a work cycle.
A. Allgemeine Beschreibung Als Stromquelle dient die Batterie r.
g. Eine Zugfeder io stellt die Verbindung mit dem Anker i i, der Feder 12 und dem
Kontakt 13 her.
ergibt. B. Ablauf eines Arbeitsspieles Nach Schließen des Schalters 2 ist der Primärstromkreis
geschlossen. Der Strom fließt von der Batterie i über die Bauteile a, 2, b, 3,
4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 12, 11, 10, g, d, 21, c zurück zur Batterie i.
konstant bleiben.A. General description The battery r serves as the power source. Line a leads via switch 2 and line b to branch point g. The coil spring q. sits on the vertical pendulum axis 5 rotatable in bearings, has electrical connection with the pendulum 6, the spring 7 and the contact B. The line c leads via the primary coil 21 and the line d to the branch point g. A tension spring io establishes the connection with the armature ii, the spring 12 and the contact 13. To avoid strong spark formation, a capacitor 14 with lines e and f is located between branch points 3 and g. On iron core 15 with poles 16 and 17, in addition to primary winding 21, there is also secondary winding i8 with winding ends g and h. The open iron core 15 is closed by the armature il except for the gap x. The gap x can be adjusted using the screw ig. The attack 2o. which can consist of rubber or felt, prevents any rocking of the pendulum, namely in such a way that with a certain dimensioning of the distance y a very specific maximum swing of the pendulum results inevitably. B. Sequence of a work cycle After closing switch 2, the primary circuit is closed. The current flows from battery i via components a, 2, b, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 12, 11, 10, g, d, 21, c back to battery i. The iron core 15 with the poles 16 and 17 becomes magnetic, and by rapidly attracting the armature ii while overcoming the spring force io, the gap x is closed. The contact 13 moves in the direction of the arrow z, so that the pendulum 6 is pushed against the action of the spiral spring 4. As a result of the kinetic energy that the pendulum possesses when the armature ii strikes the pole i6, the pendulum tries to move further in the z-direction until all the kinetic energy is absorbed by the spiral spring 4. During this process, the contacts 8 and 13 are lifted from one another, ie the primary circuit is opened and the armature ii returns to its starting position under the action of the spring io. As a result of the collapse of the magnetic field of the primary coil, a correspondingly high-voltage current surge is generated in the secondary coil, which flows through the line h into the fence wire. The line g is grounded. As already mentioned above, after the contacts 8 and 13 have opened, the pendulum 6 releases its kinetic energy more and more to the spiral spring 4 as the swing of the pendulum increases, and is finally forced to reverse the direction of movement. Under the spiral spring action 4, it returns to its starting position, closes the primary circuit again, but now still has kinetic energy from the first drive at this point, which leads to the deflection of the springs 7 and 12. The distance y is partially overcome, but the kinetic energy of the pendulum, which originates from the first oscillation, is not yet sufficient to touch the stop 20. On the other hand, since the primary circuit is already closed, the tension of the springs 7 and 12 is also increased by the movement of the armature ii, which moves to the pole 16 as a result of the magnetic field. The result is that the pendulum 6 reverses and when the contacts 8 and 13 are opened the second time it has a greater kinetic energy than the first time and consequently a greater oscillation amplitude. With each full oscillation the pendulum would have a greater deflection, ie when the pendulum returns, the springs 7 and 12 would have to bend even more with each further oscillation. This is prevented by the stop 2o. The total overcoming of the distance y by the kinetic energy of the pendulum 6 is achieved approximately after the fifth oscillation, so that the stop 2o then comes into effect and the oscillation deflections and oscillation times of the further oscillations remain constant.
The driving force of the pendulum at the turning point at which the
Contacts 8 and 13 are closed, is due to the spring constants of springs 7
and 12 and -by the distance y uniquely fixed. This force arises from the
Deflection that occurs when you place the pendulum 6 against the stop 2o
and presents the armature i i at the same time abutting the pole 16. Because the
