Der auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellte Obstpflücker kennzeichnet sich vor den bisher bekannt gewordenen durch die mit Schneiden versehenen Bügel und durch den Mechanismus zum Bewegen derselben. Die Bügel sind oben breit gestaltet und schneidenartig zugeschärft, so dafs sie, wenn sie gegen einander bewegt werden, scheerenartig wirken. Dieselben sind in dem kreuzförmigen Halter b drehbar gelagert, welcher über dem Bügel α auf der Stielhülse k befestigt ist. An dem Bügel α ist die durch die Feder ρ nach oben gedrückte Klappe g mittels eines Scharniers drehbar angebracht. Die Klappe ist mit einem kreuzförmigen Ausschnitte versehen, in welchem sich die Bügel ede/ führen. Da die Klappe g mittels der Feder ρ gehoben wird, drückt sie die Schneiden der Bügel oben gegen einander. An der Klappe ist eine Schnur / befestigt, welche durch den Bügel α geführt ist.
