Durch den eingeschalteten K'netprozeß erzielt. man eine wesentliche Verbesserung der physikalisch-technologischen Eigenschaften, ähnlich wie sie durch die Einsatzhärtung erzielt werden, jedoch ohne die Laufeigenschaften des Metalls ungünstig zu beeinflussen. Man hat früher schon Profildrähte aus Stahl zur Herstellung von Kolbenringen benrutzt, .doch wiesen diese Kolbenringe sehr schlechte Laufeigenschaften auf, so daß ihre Verwenidung nur in ganz speziellen Fällen möglich war.
