7. Device according to one of claims 2 to 6, characterized in that when the lid (11) is closed, the lower edge (Ha) of the same is separated from the upper edge (3a) of the skirt by a clearance (ε) sufficient to connect the annular space (18) forming the ring (5) to the outside air.

Device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the bottom (1b) of the container (1) has a vertical pin (19) which is inserted into an opening (20) cut out in the bottom (21) of the outer skirt (3), which is separated from the pin (19) by a sleeve (23) made of heat-insulating material and resistant to the temperature of this pin, the end of this pin (19) being provided with a nut (24) or the like which presses against a spring (25) supported on the container (1) opposite the opening (20).

Device according to one of claims 2 to 8, characterized in that the apron (3) and the lid (11) are made of polypropylene.

11. Device according to one of claims 1 to 10, with a handle (27) for holding the frying basket (6), characterized in that the apron (3) has a vertical slot (31) in its side wall, into which the stringed handle (27) is detachably inserted.
