In zahlreichen Fällen ist es nicht möglich, die Bohrungen in der gewünschten Lage einzubringen. Die darin nachträglich eingebrachten Implantate stehen daher schief, so daß die Notwendigkeit besteht, das nachträglich in das Implantat eingesetzte Halte- bzw. Halteteile mit einem Neigungswinkel der Oberseite des Flansch;eiles von 15 und 30° erscheinen ausreichend bei entsprechender Anzahl von Drehwinkelumsetzmögiichkeiten, um sämtliche in der Praxis vorkommenden Schiefstellungen zu korrigieren, so dais nur zwei Haiteteiie auf Vorrat zu halten sind. Anpassungen mit anderen Neigungswinkeln und anderen Mehrkantausbildungen sind jedoch ebenfalls mög'ich.Preferably, sections 22 and 12 should be designed as twelve-sided.
