Das phosphatierte Sintereisen stellt also einen Werkstoff dar, der selbst den größten Beanspruchungen beim Bremsen gewachsen ist, da einerseits das Sintereisen im erlieblichen Maß Schmiermittel aufnehmen kann ünd andererseits auch bei Aussetzen der Schmierung nicht zum Fressen neigt.
