Grubenstempel
Bei Grubensternpelnsind: die das Schloß bilden-
den 'Beile (insbesondere das Keilgetriebe) in einem
Schloßglehäuse untergebracht, welches in der Regel
am Unterstempel befestigt ist. Für :das Schloß-
gehä(use sind die verschiedensten Bauarten v orge-
schlagen worden. So isst es bekannt, ein. Schloß-
gebäu.se zu verwenden, das durch die Anwen@dlung
einer Bodenplatte und: eines Deckels Abis auf die
Offnuungen zur Durchführung des Oberstempels und
zum Einsetzen oder Bedienen der Schloßteile völlig
geschlossen i!st.
Die Erfindung hat sich ebenfalls :die Aufgabe ge-
stellt, ein. Schloßgehüuse zu schaffen, das bis auf
die Öffnungen für die Durchführung des Stempels
und zur Bedienung der Sch#lo ßteille völlig geschlos-
sen ist. Die Erfindfung geht zur Lösung d fieser Auf-
gabe von einer bekannten Schloßbautart aus; bei
welcher die Schloßteile zwischen den freien Enden
,der senkrechten Schenkel eines U-förmigen Sch.loß-
bügel:s angeordnet sind. Die Erfindung kennzeich-
net .sich d-a-durch., daß in den U-förmigen Schloß-
bügel ein zweiter Bügel von ebenfalls. U-:arti.ger
Grundform eingeschoben ist, ües,sen waagerechte.
Schenkel mit öffnungen zur Durchführung des
Oberstempels und zum Bedienen, .der SchJ,oßteiil,e
versehen ist und dmcsen Sterg die offene-Seite des
erstgenannten Bügels abdeckt. Auf diesle Weise
wird ein Schloßgehäwe,sehr Eti:nfacher Bauart er-
zielt, das im wesentlichen nur aus zive:i U-förmigen
Bügeln hesteht. Diese sind: in geeigneter Weise,
z. B. durch. Verzapfung und/oder Versech.-,veißuilg.
miteinander verbunden.
Es ist besonders vorteilhaft (wenn; rauch nicht
umbedingt notwendig), @daß :dd:e: beiden: U-förmigen
Bügel einteilige Körper bilden.. Sie können dabei
z. B. entweder aus einem F.lachstahlstab gestanzt
oder autog@in geschnitten werden. Solche Schlösser
bedürfen keiner besonderen Bearbeitung und haben
den Vorteil, daß sie starr ausgelbilldet werden
können.
Es ist zweckmäß,i@g, wenn die in dem oberen.
waagerechten Flansch des; einen Bügels. vorgesehene
Öffnung für- die Einführung der Schloßteii-le an den
beeiden Lärgsseitendurch lösbar befestigte Abdeck-
leis ten verenigt wird, um beim Transport des
Stempels ein. Herausfallen von SGhloßtilen zu ver-
hindern.
Eine zweckmüßige Verbindung der miteinfander
zu verschweißenden beIden U-förmigen. Bügel ergibt
sich,, wenn die senkrechten Schenkel des einen
Bügels nahe den freien Enden leistenartige Vor-
spränge besitzen, gegen welche sich die waage-
rechten Schenkel des anderen Bügels mit ent-
sprechenden Absetzungen anlegen. Auf diese Weise
tritt eine Entlastung der Schweißnähte ein.
In der Zeichnung ist oder Gegenstand der Erfin-
idung an dem Ausführungs@beüspsel eines. Stempels
dargestellt, bei dem der Oberstempel aas zwei Pro-
filhällften gebilidet eist, zwischen 'denen eine Reib-
einlege angeordnet ist.

Fig. 7 und 8 zeigen an zwei Ausführungsbei-
sp@ielen schaubilidlich die beiden das Schloßgehäuse
bildenden U-förmnigen, Bügel vor dem Zusammen-
bau.
Der Innenstempel besteht aus den U-artiigen
Profilen T, und: 2, delren Schenkel. 3 derart geneigt
sind, daß sie nach außen konvergierende Reibungs-
flächen. bilden. Der von den
4 ein-
geschlossene Winkel betrl%ht beisp@üolsweis e 6o°,
kann jedoch Bauch. kleiner oder größer, z. B. g!e°, be-
messen sein. Die einander zugekehrten Enden 5 Kler
Schenkel 3 führen sich mit Nuten 6 einer irr SchIaß-
gehäuse in senkrechter Ebene unversohiefbbar ge-
lagerten. plattenartigen Reibzwischenlage 7.
Das- Schloßgehäuse besteht im wesentlichen aus
zwei U-förmigen Bügeln 8 und 9, welche aus, Stahl-
blech hergestellt werden und auf'dem Außenstempel
ru befestigt sind. Der Bügel` 8 umschließt mit
seinem kreis,absohnittförm-iig gebogenen Steg 8a 'den
an dem Oberstempel anliegenden Reibkörper 12
und besitzt zwischen den Endzen der Schenkel 8b
ein Wüderlager i i, gegen welches sich die im Schloß
angeordneten Keile -in horizontaler Richtung aib-
stützen. Der Bügel 9: umgreift finit seinem Icrei.s-
aibschm;ittförmi;g gebogenen Steg 8a 'das »im Bügel 8
beifestigte Widerlager ici und bindet mit seinen
waagerechten Schenkeln gb den Boden und (den
Deckel des Scbloßigehäuses. In den Schenkeln der
Bügel 8 und' 9 sind nur die Öffnungen 13,114 und 15
zum Einsetzen und zur Durchführung eles Ober-
stempels und der Schlaßteile vorgesehen. Die
Schenkel 8b und 9@b sind mindestens auf einem Teil
ihrer Länge an beiden Seiten mit Leistens 8c bzw. 9c
versehen, welche mit .ihrem, Stirmfilä#-,hen 1,6 hinter-
einandergreifen (vgl. Fig. 3 und 4).
Das Kehlgetriebe im Schloßgehäuse @besteht beim
Ausführungsbeispiel aus (dem S.cobleppkeil 17, dem
vertikalen Vorspannkeil 18 und dem horizontalen
Setz- und Lösekeil ig. Zwischen dien. Keilen it8
und ig. ist eine sich auf den Schloßibäden ab:
stützende Druckbacke 2o vorgesehen. Der Ober-
stempel selbst ü:st in Längsrichtung kehlig ausge-
bildet.
Nach dem Einsetzen der Schloßkörper nr7 bis 2o
wird die Öffnung 14 an den Seiten durch leicht
lösbar, z. B. durch Heftschweißung, aufgebrachte
schmale A'bdeckbleahe 21 verengt. Die oberen, Enden.
,der Körper 17 Abis, 20 sind mit ihren abgesetzten
Emden a22 ,aus. edier Öffnung i q. ,des oberen S chenkel.s

Wie -Füg. 6 zeigt, isst Klee Reiibzwischelnlage 7 an
dem oberen Endre mit seitlichen, nutenartigen Ein.-
schnü@rungen 23 versehen. Die <Un@terkaunt 24 (der
Reiibzw@isahenrbge 7 stützt sich. auf den Schloß-
bodlen. Es ist auch. möglich, die Reibzwi-schenliage
am untren Endre mit Einsdhnürungen - zu versehern
und mit dem den Boden bildenden Schenkel 9b des
Bügels 9 zu kuppeln:. Die ReibzwischenlIage 7 über-
trägt so die senkrechten Schubkräfte gleichzeitig
auf den Deckel und den Boden des Sahloßgehära.ses.
Gleichzeitig wird durch (die Reibz-#viscnenilage ein
völliges Herausziehen dies. gegabelten Ober-
stempels 11, 2 verhindert, da 'die Profile dieses Ober-
s.tempels an unteren. Ende durch die Ansfält@ze 25
miteinander gekuppet sind.
Das Setzen des Stempels kann. vorteilhaft in der
Weise erfolgen., idaß ein. flacher Setzkeil in den
oberhalb 'der Reibzwischenlage 7 befindlichen, Spalt
eingetrieben wird. Dieser Setzkeil stützt sich auf
die; obere Kante der Rei6zwiisebenlage 7 ab- und er-
hält sein oberes Widerlager an einem @auf'den Ober-
stempel vorübergehend aufgeklemmten Band.
